Everything exceptional except speed of reply to communication
The contact number listed on booking is extremely slow, if you are lucky, to reply to any form of communication. Once you arrive and you meet the caretaker, who has a different number, it is much easier.

Vraiment un super appartement, tout confort avec machine à laver, lave vaisselle et four, bon équipements pour cuisiner. Volets et moustiquaires avec fenêtres très bien isolées, on n’entend pas le bruit de la rue. Possibilité de faire le check in dès 12h. Je recommande vivement !
La communication a été difficile au début car l’hôte ne répondait pas par booking mais on a finalement communiqué via what’s app.

Mancavano alcuni essenziali: canovacci, prodotti per bagno, wifi debole che si scollegava, rumori notturni dal piano di sopra, odore sgradevole all'ingresso del palazzo, l'host non ha risposto ai messaggi booking e non rispondeva al telefono, solo messaggi WhatsApp, come hanno segnalato altri ospiti.
