Appartement terrasse proche vieux-port

The apartment is in an excellent location, the AC made our stay much more comfortable during the hot days and being in the top floor made it quite peaceful inside. The two rooms and bathrooms were great for us to have separate areas and the main space + terrace is a plus. Martine was a great host and made everything really easy!

We really enjoyed staying in the lovely, charming apartment. Thank you so much for all the great tips and advice on Marseille, we really benefited from them.

Merci à Martine et Oscar pour leur accueil dans leur super appartement qui a contribué à la réussite de notre séjour à Marseille. Nous étions comme à la maison et ne manquions de rien ! Super emplacement pour tout faire à pieds et ils ont été de bons conseils et super disponible. Les matelas trés confortables, nous avons trés bien dormi. Le salon est grand et confortable aussi. La terasse est super et à l’ombre l’aprés midi. L’accés a 2 salles de bains. Tout a été juste parfait. Nous reviendrons avec GRAND PLAISIR si on revient à Marseille.

The location was superb. That was one of the main reasons for my choice of this property. Martine the host was very helpful and cooperative.

The flat is on the 4th floor without any elevator. At my age of 69 years I had to carry my heavy baggage all the way up. That was quite an ordeal. I was under the impression that it was on the 1st floor. The flat is not insulated to acceptable standards. The rooms were too full of personal stuff lying every where and the furnishings were a disappointment as they had outlived their time. There were no proper beds and it was just two sleeping mattresses put on the floor. The mattress downstairs was very old and the foam was as good as gone, It was very uncomfortable as I could feel the ground under me while trying to sleep. The linen provided were too old and could do with some fresh ones.
