L’emplacement au top dans Marseille, à deux pas du vieux port Le joli volume de l’appartement, la propreté
Les odeurs d’égout dans la montée d’escalier et dans la salle de bains La raideur de l’escalier (mais on connaissait ces désagréments avant et cela n’a pas gâché notre séjour)

Der Service der Vermieterin war Klasse. Man konnte immer Kontakt aufnehmen. Z.B. gab es eine kaputte Kaffeemaschine, nach kurzem Messageschreiben hat sie eine neue Maschine vorbei gebracht. 👍👍👍
Geruch aus dem Abfluss im Badezimmer. Keine Klimaanlage aber 2 Ventilatoren. Wohnung ganz im 4. OG. ohne Fahrstuhl. Kein Backofen dafür aber eine Mikrowelle.
