La proximité du métro, des bus, de la gare, de la plage, ainsi que des restaurants étoilés et des boîtes de nuit est un véritable atout. Le logement est très bien situé. J'ai attribué la note de 7/10, car il s'agit d'un duplex et il faisait très chaud à l'étage. L'air y était étouffant, ce qui a légèrement affecté notre confort.

TOP Lage. Direkt am Hafen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants direkt bei der Unterkunft. Ausflüge mit Bus oder Boot direkt zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Der Gastgeber war extrem bemüht und sehr freundlich. Die Unterkunft hat mit dem einmaligen Blick aus dem Fenster auf den Hafen bestochen. Bei Nacht wunderschön. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hier buchen!
Der Lift hat nicht funktioniert. Mehrere Wartungsarbeiten waren im Gange. Unser Gastgeber hat aber darüber vorab informiert. Für mich war das daher kein großes Problem.

Bei täglichen über 35 Grad und nächtlichen 28 war die Wohnung ohne Klimaanlage tagsüber nicht zu gebrauchen. Die zwei Propeller haben kaum geholfen. Nachts musste man mit offenem Fenster schlafen, aber es war bis 2.00-3.00 früh oft laut.
