Lokacija dobra i to je jedino što valja. Apartman ima nameštaj iz 70-tih godina prošlog veka. Krevet sa propalim dušekom, fotelje propale i ne može da se sedi na njima jer žuljaju, WC šolja nije za upotrebu jer se toliko klati da je opasna za upotrebu. Nema parking i ako je navedeno da ima.
