Port Villa

This stay was a total win! SUPER HOST: The host was amazing - almost like a ninja, always there exactly when we needed her! She contacted us before our arrival, guided us from the very beginning and helped us with everything throughout our stay. She recommended the best places to visit, arranged reservations for us and made sure we knew exactly where to go and what experiences to choose. She also checked in with us during the following days to ask how everything went and gave us even more tips about what else we could see. She was incredibly supportive, attentive and genuinely cared about making our stay in Ohrid special. LOCATION: The villa is located right in the port, in a beautiful area from where you can easily reach everything in Ohrid. PARKING: We arrived by car and were able to drive directly to the villa to unload our luggage. On the first night, we parked in a secure underground car park around five minutes away. From the second day onward, a parking space became available directly in front of the villa. Honestly, in such a busy tourist area, the nearby underground parking was also a great option, as it was safe and away from the crowds. ROOM: The room was spacious, very comfortable and had everything we needed. The bed was great, and the whole space felt welcoming and well equipped. Since we are both quite tall, the shower was a little challenging for us, but we managed just fine. MARKETS & RESTAURANTS: There are many local markets close to the villa where you can buy everything you need at normal prices, not inflated tourist prices. There are also plenty of excellent restaurants nearby, several of them recommended by our host. A wonderful host, a perfect location and an amazing experience in Ohrid!

We had a wonderful time at Port Villa in Ohrid. Location could not be better: right at the beginning of the Old Town, close to the lake and the departure of all the boat trips. We parked the car at Port Villa for the whole stay and did everything by foot. Everything is at the appartement and all super clean. Biljana is a fantastic host. Always available for any questions and excellent tips for restaurants & activities. She really gives the extra touch to the stay. Thanks for everything Biljana!!

It is really a nice place. The flat is very pretty. The owner is extremely nice, friendly and helpful (she even brought us cherries from her garden). There is no problem to check in earlier or leave luggage. Biljana also helped us to organise taxi from the airport. The flat is perfectly located, next to the lake and the old town, close to restaurants and shops.

Great central location and close to everything, Place was nice and quiet at night, enough space for a family of 4 and very clean with air con. Biljana the host was amazing, very accommodating and had great recommendations. We were very well looked after and will be back to stay here again!
