The best in Ohrid

The family that run it are all very nice and helpful. The view from our room was amazing and the location was perfect. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

Lovely room in the old town

We had three nights here and loved it. We arrived early and the owner let us leave our luggage in his pearl shop below and kept in touch when the room was ready. Afrodita is right in the old town and our room above the shop had a large balcony window that overlooked the pretty street below which was busy but could not be heard at night. We had a very spacious room, lovely bathroom and a fridge for our stocks of beer and water. The owner was very welcoming, friendly and always willing to help and give advice. From here we used it as a base to explore Ohrid, the lake and Galicia. It is less than 1 minute walk to Saraiste Beach and on the doorstep of Ohrid’s bustling restaurant life. Perfect, thanks a lot. Best lake view.

View to the lake was exactly seen as in pictures. The facilities were like a well established hotel. The host Petar was very responsive. My room had the best view, I guess, as it was on the top floor. It had bedroom slippers and bathroom had everything that is needed. The room was very cute. Closer to old town.

Charming central rooms, perfect for couples

Super central location in charming old town, walking distance to everything you need. Great rooms, tastefully styled and equipped and helpful staff.

No complains. Just be prepared to hear music from near by bars and cafes on some days. We didn't mind.

Amazing host and a great lakeside stay.

-Amazing location within 30 seconds of the lake. -Beautiful views from the window! -Very clean and very well maintained. -The parking isn't on site, but a parking spot was always available somewhere, and the host takes care of it with ease. -The host was incredible! He went above and beyond to make our stay more pleasant, I was more and more surprised every time. Very pleasant experience!

-Too much light comes in through the blackout curtains in the morning, so if you're a light sleeper bring eyeshades.

Wonderful view

The room we stayed in was new and the view was very nice. The location of the hotel is on the Ohrid beach and the bazaar was very close to historical places and the beach. Mr. Petar was very helpful and kind to us. Those who go to Ohrid can undoubtedly prefer.

Hospitality and helpfulness of the owner at the first place; location and facilities as described = excellent - the very old city center, clean, comfy, equipped kitchenette, stunning lake view from the balcony. Would fit 4* hotel standard. Breakfest is served "a-la-carte" in a cafe across the street - no large choice but absolutely OK for a shorter stay (do not miss the fish soup !).

The owner Petar and his father helped me out every single time! Such good guys. Perfect location and also the breakfast location is good (next to the apartment with lakeview).

Actually almost everything was lovely. The breakfast could be a bit more extensive though. Just a couple breakfasts to choose.

Beautiful villa

A charming stylish room in a beautiful newly built villa right on the shore of Lake Ohrid. Modern appliances, beautiful bathrooms and attention to detail. The location could not be better in the old town and so close to the square, shops, transport and everything at your doorstep. Wonderful welcoming hosts are just a quick phone call away and ready to provide any assistance. We had the best stay and hope to be back again next year.

Parking was a challenge, as was baggage drop due to the location. Best to just call the host when you get close because getting directly to the villa by car is challenging.

It is the perfect location to explore old Ohrid, to enjoy the lively holiday atmosphere of the town. There are many restaurants and bars around, but in the same time the room is very quiet if you want to sleep early while people are partying all around the villa.
