Villa Afrodita Lake View

Great location with views of the lake from bedroom windows. Lovely hosts who reacted quickly to any queries. ( they own the shop on the ground floor of the building so are always available ) Very clean, large comfortable bed. Very close to all restaurants and bars.

The location with regard to the town and lake is excellent. But if booking this room you must be aware it is in the alleys of the old town and so noise from the street below and in particular the bar/club across the alley can be loud and late. We never travel without ear plugs and you definitely need them in this room particularly at weekends. Also note that the facilities listed are not all necessarily all found in this particular room. There is no coffee maker, safety deposit box, no cooking hob or microwave, there was no actual balcony, just very large floor to ceiling glass doors, no ‘ dining area’ or clothes rack. This room would be a 10 but for the above.

The accommodation has an excellent location right in the centre of Ohrid. The room offered a beautiful view of the lake, and everything important was nearby. The host was very helpful and accommodating.

The views were beautiful and the location made it easy to walk everywhere.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable.

The location is excellent. Walking distance to all heritage sites and tourist attractions. The owner and his wife were super helpful and responsive with all my queries.

No lift at the property and also music noise from nearby nightclubs can be heard at night but those things were already mentioned in the property description / comments from other guests so they were not issues for me. Overall, highly recommended.
