The facility is run by a family with stellar communication. The rooms are cozy and the view of the balcony is stellar. We had a really short stay but everything was perfect. I proposed to my gf in a nearby restaurant and owner was kind enough to reserve us a place by going there. 10/10

A cozy place in Ohri

First of all the owner was very kind and helpful. Everything in the room and bathroom was super clean and tidy. There was a hairdryer, kettle, mini fridge, coffee, glasses, dishes everything was ready for a comfortable stay. Beds are so comfy. Mosy importantly the lake view by the room was charming.

Charming Lake View

The location was perfect. Parking is a big problem in old city but the hotel has parking place. Owners were very gently and helpful. It has a good lake view at whole and it is about 2 minutes by walking to city center. Rooms were very clean and warm bu the february season.

Amazing views from the penthouse, huge spacious room

Wrap around window views were better than some 5 star hotels

Everything great, can't find one fault. If I had to make a suggestion just for improvement, (not complaint) I would recommend the host contact via whatsapp the guests beforehand to give instructions. When I arrived, I wasn't sure what to do/which rooom to go/where to check-in...I looked up the booking phone number and texted and got a response pretty soon but it would have been helpful to have texted before arriving

Great apartment for exploring Ohrid

Really great location, right in the Old Town and easy to get to the main sights and the many restaurants and shops of Ohrid. Very friendly and helpful owners who were great at communicating before and when we were there. Apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The views from the balcony are amazing.

Wow! What an amazing place to stay. The view from the room’s balcony is breathtaking! We spent every evening and morning on the balcony. The location is great, walking distance to all of the main attractions and the lake. You get the best of both worlds at this venue. The hosts were so accommodating and kind!

Beautiful apartment with amazing views

The host was lovely, the view from the apartment was out of this world and it was less than 5 minutes from the main area of Ohrid. Spotlessly clean and the host couldn’t have been more kind.

There’s a bit of a climb to the property (only a few minutes) but worth it for the views and keeps you fit.

Best stay in Ohrid! Would 100% recommend!

This was by far the best place we have ever stayed at, for multiple reasons. The villa itself is absolutely stunning, even prettier than on the pictures. The balcony and the terrace are indescribably. It has the most beautiful view of Ohrid, Ohrid Lake, the Samuil Fortress, the old town and many more. The rooms are very big, very clean and extremely well supplied. The villa has the best location in Ohrid by far. Everything is accessible by walk. The parking was very nice and convenient. But the best part of our stay have to be without a doubt the hosts! I have never met kinder people than our hosts. There are no words to describe them they are simply the best. Our car battery gave out in the middle of the street and couldn’t restart. Ljube found a solution and a guy to help us in no time. We are eternally grateful, without him we would still be on that street. Thank you again so much! There is no mistake with this place, it absolutely is the best accommodation in Ohrid! We would definitely want to come there again soon! :)))

Peaceful with a great view

Location was great, view of the room was magical. When I opened the curtains in the morning I felt so peaceful. Hosts were really helpful and kind. I was really pleased with the stay. Definitely reccomend.

Amazing View and Great Deal

The hotel had a balcony with an amazing view, the bathroom and rooms look newly renovated, the host was amazing and they even let us check in early and leave our luggage with them to pick them up later. We had coffee and tea and basic amenities as described which was lovely.

The blankets were too small for a single person so was a bit of a struggle at night, the room was not as big as we are used to, its up the hill a few blocks ( wasn't a problem for us)

Incredible view and very friendly owner. Good room size fitting the beds and the bathroom and the balcony and still having space. Short walk to town and the water.

Shower didn’t have screens/curtain to keep water from going everywhere, ceiling also sloped as it’s top floor so goes with the shape of the roof. Had to be conscious of where we stood and if we bent over over etc. Not a huge downside just a bit odd.

The view!!!! The most magnificent view over Lake Ohrid. Wonderful, clean room with balcony overlooking the lake. An easy walk down to Ohrid town and other sites. Wonderful helpful, friendly, family run Villa. I highly recommend staying here.

The view over the lake is stunning. Pictures posted by the accommodation are realistic. Owner (the family lives there in the upper floor) is very friendly and helpful. I could have a late checkin and checkout which helped a lot!

It is on the hill (as most of the buildings in that area), so if you are not ok with going the stairs up and down to reach your room, it isn‘t suitable for you. Also if someone is talking on the phone upstairs or in the other room or so, you can hear it.
