The apartment has everything you need, it is clean and offers a very nice view to the old town and the lake. Easy check-in and everything is in close proximity. The host is helpful and ready to find solutions if the situation requires it.

A true gem in old town Ohrid

The name 'Lake View Apartment' covers it all! On arrival, you might look at the balcony and think, there is no lake to see... But the view from the second (!!) balcony will leave you speechless. It's exactly like the pictures on booking. There is a microwave, an electric kettle, a washing machine, and on the large balcony you can find a drying rack. Of course you can also use it for drying your swimming gear, since the famous Ohrid lake is only 10 minutes by foot. On the shores of the lake, there's plenty of space to lay your towel and take a cooling swim. Water shoes could be convenient since there are a lot of stones and rocks in the water. The apartment has two bedrooms, a large living room and a small but sufficient kitchen with a large fridge. The beds are great, though that's personal of course. Literally two minutes from the apartment you will find the "Old Town Market", a small supermarket filled with basic groceries, AND cooled drinks! A larger supermarket down town will only take 15 minutes. There is also a lot to see around: Ohrid is filled with a whole lot of interesting buildings and also plenty of bars, shops and restaurants. The hosts Mitko & Lilo are the best! They don't speak English but don't worry, you will have nice conversations. They gave me traditional Macedonian coffee and homemade rakija on arrival and wouldn't let me leave without some wonderful (and also homemade) magnets with nice pictures of Ohrid :-D If you would need more information there's always Aleksandar one phonecall or message away, he does speak & write English. When I return to Ohrid I will definitely check availability at Lake View Apartment.

Nice and clean apartment in the old town with a suberb view on the lake. Good digital communication in English with Aleksandar. Restaurants and shop nearby. Public parking at 30 meters, but in summertime maybe difficult to find a free spot. Wifi connection outside on the terrace a bit slow, inside it was good. Apartment highly recommended!

We were mesmerized by the lovely town of Ohrid and the amazing view from the apartment! The hosts were very helpful and assisted us with everything, including communicating with the taxi driver to take us from the bus station to the apartment. The apartment was perfectly clean and cozy. As a group of 5, we found it very comfortable. We hope to return to Ohrid again and stay at this place without any hesitation for a second time!

This apartment is at the old city , a few meters from the acient theatre, there are 5 beds, from the balkoni you are looking at the lake , the view is spectacular.It has 2 rooms and a cozy living room . Unfortunately the bedclothes wasn't clean enough and they had a smell, we doubt if they were cleaned from the previous guests

The location, view, house, furniture, hosts, just, EVERYTHING, with all that, it was an amazing trip, we had our best days in Macedonia and we loved Ohrid. This apartment is above your expectations. We stayed in this apartment as 6 friends and all of us can tell you that it is a great choice for your stay in Ohrid, definitely give it a try!

The best apartments

I think this is the best apartment in Ohrid. The location is amazing, right behind the fortress wall in the old town, near the ancient theater. All sights and the embankment are within walking distance - 5-10 minutes. The house is very clean, everything is there. The hosts are very helpful and friendly. Aleksandar, thank you very much!

Ein schlichtes, aber sehr gemütliches Apartment mit traumhafter Aussicht, in top Lage.

Das Apartment ist sehr ruhig in der Altstadt gelegen, 10 min Fußweg von der Promenade und vom Zentrum entfernt. Direkt am Haus befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt. Es ist sehr schlicht eingerichtet, aber dennoch gemütlich. Was die Ausstattung angeht sollte man also keine allzu hohen Erwartungen haben. Die Möbel - besonders das Sofa - sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Betten sind bequem und es lässt sich sehr erholsam schlafen. Das Apartment hat zwei Balkone - der eine bietet eine grandiose Aussicht auf den Ohridsee, Berge und die Altstadt; der andere auf die Burgmauern, die abends schön beleuchtet sind. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Es fehlen Schränke. Abgesehen von dem Kleiderständer im Flur gibt keine Möglichkeit seine Kleidung aufzuhängen. Für einen 4-tätigen Aufenthalt jedoch kein Problem.

kasım 2024'te daire soğuktu, salonda klima, odalarda ise elektirikli 2 ısıtıcı var, ama yeterli gelmedi, banyo ve koridor çok soğuktu, mutfak eşyaları temiz değildi, banyo'da ve mutfak'ta temizlik malzemesi yoktu

Manzarası mükemmeldi sabah o güzel manzara eşliğimde bir kahveyle güne başlamak mükemmeldi. Bir çok yere yakını. Yakınında market ve fırın olması terasta kahve içip kahvaltı yapabilmemizi sağladı.

Kaldığımız en pahalı evdi daha temiz olmasını beklerdik. Ev temizlenmiş ama banyo temizlenmemişti. Nevresimlerde pek temiz gelmedi. Bişeyler içebilmek için sabah marketin açılmasını bekledik keşke çay kahve gibi küçük ikramlıklar bırakılsaydı gittiğimiz bir çok yerde vardı.
