Great location and gorgeous view. Good value for money too! Yes needs some renovations as others have said but then they'd have to increase the price and for now I don't think it's necessary! Thanks for a great stay!

Ok for one/max 2 night stay to oversleep, but next time we pick other place

Close to city center.

Took the place on the 9+ ratio, becouse of the family but thats far away from 9… Mature for renovation. The worst was showering, ice cold water switching to boiling one and in very short time back to ice cold - was quite an adventure to take a shower.

Extremely good value for money

Excellent location right in the middle of the old town, within the old castle walls. Amazing view of the lake from the balcony. There is a small but well-equipped shop right around the corner, for anything more the bigger shops and restaurants are 10 or so minutes away, although there is also a basic shared kitchen outside the room if you want to use that. Room was decently big with everything you need, comfy beds, plenty warm in the winter with only AC heating, bathroom also quite spacious. Host was amazing and really kind too.

There was no soap in the bathroom, the place was a bit dusty from the AC blowing all the time (we were required to keep it on as setting it up again is a major hassle), the shower had a leak but the host gave us some spare towels to collect the water, the water temperature was somewhat difficult to set up for showering, but overall very minor faults.

The apartment we stayed in was very clean and comfortable with a cute balcony overlooking part of the lake. The place is in a fantastic location in the Old Town, very close to the Ancient Theatre and just a few minutes up from the centre. We had an easy access to the kitchen in the villa, with all the necessary utilities. Everything was well put, there were even complimentary shower bottles and soaps! The owners were really kind, pleasant and helpful, and answered quickly if we had any questions. Definitely recommended, and would gladly stay here again!

Excellent Stay, Would Recommend.

We were upgraded to an alternative accommodation compound for known reasons so I can't comment on the Villa Forum property other than its location which is excellent. Both accommodations are situated adjacent to the amphitheatre and Byzantine Church within the walled historic acropolis. The views are outstanding and parking is abundant. Our accommodation upgrade was modern and sleek with good WiFi, bathroom and necessary amenities including an exquisite balcony. The owners were also friendly. Consequently I can certainly recommend.

The illuminated church crucifix shines brightly through the bedroom area window at night which made it difficult to sleep. A blind or curtain would be ideal.

The trip to Ohrid wouldn't be the same without this apartment.

The villa itself is located in a wonderful place, very near the castle and the town gate. The balcony gives one the chance to enjoy breakfast or a coffee with the view of the ancient theatre and lake. The room had a kitchenette which is always handy, a proper kitchen was just outside of the room.

The location is very good, the terrace has a great view, the fridge cools perfectly, the air conditioning works flawlessly, the internet works fine, and the building also looks beautiful from the outside. The hosts are really friendly and, in my opinion, genuinely good people. We were able to check in late and check out early. We made the payment almost at the last minute, yet they never bothered us or pressured us about it. I should also mention that the balance between price and facilities is fair.

Merdiveni gördükten sonra açıkçası çok korktuk. (buraya kesinlikle bir önlem almalılar, çok ciddi bir soruna yol açabilir) The room had some shortcomings. The bathroom was clogged. From what I saw in previous reviews, there used to be a broken mirror, but instead of replacing it, they just removed it. I don’t think the property is very well maintained. The toilet door lock was broken. Our room’s entrance opened directly onto the staircase. When we first arrived, it was dark, and it was pure luck that my girlfriend didn’t fall. After seeing the stairs, we honestly got scared. (they definitely need to take precautions here, as it could lead to a very serious problem)

Céntrico, limpio y barato

Ivana fue muy amable. Se puede aparcar dentro de la muralla. Está muy bien ubicado, a 7 min de la fortaleza de Samuel. Debajo hay una tienda de comestibles muy conveniente. Hay que entender que el sitio se puede ver un poco anticuado, pero está céntrico y limpio. Y es muy barato para el sitio donde está. ¿Qué más se puede pedir?

Nie wiem czy Ochryda jest miejscem popularnym wśród Polaków, ale jest miejscem cudownym...mimo betow

Gospodarze to ludzie pogodni, kontaktowo i pomocni. To co było dużym plusem obiektu było też małym minusem, a konkretnie villa była położona w dość spokojnym miejscu z dala od zgiełku, ale dobre 400 m trzeba było iść pod góre żeby dotrzeć z miasta do miejsca noclegowego. Widok z balkonu wynagradza jednakbten trud.

Wszystko mi się podobało.
