Lokacija je odlicna, na svega par minuta hoda se stize do prodavnica, apoteka, restorana, kafica, kao i samog jezera.

Skrzypiące i bardzo niewygodne łóżko, zamiast kołder były koce włożone do poszewki, popsute drzwi na balkon co uniemożliwiło ich bezpieczne zamknięcie gdy się wychodziło z apartamentu, zepsute rolety, grzyb na płytkach w łazience
