We liked that the hygiene is at their highest, everything is new, modern and neatly equipped, the balcony is spacious.

The location was excellent and the apartment was clean. It had plenty of home utilities and basic supplies. The air conditioning was good and it had hot water running at all times. The balcony was nice as well.
There's basically no parking, you have to park your car at a public parking that's 10 minutes of walking distance.
