Friendly and helpfull guy (sorry forgot his name) at reception. Noticing my wife was not capable to walk the stairs and offered right away a room on groundfloor. Thats service and much appreciated. Clean and comfortabel beds. 150 meters from Liverpool stadium. We come back.

Its fine for a night.
