Location, bed, bath
Prior to arriving I was asked to let this Guest House know when I would like breakfast, which I did, but the information didn't go through Booking.com to the recipient, with the result that there was no breakfast, and not just for me, but this was the case for other guests as well. Subsequently when requesting a receipt for the stay several times, no response at all. The room/bed/bath was all fine. Just poor management.
