Welcome to Fontain House, a beautifully restored Victorian villa located in the heart of Blairgowrie. This charming former B&B has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and offers the perfect blend of modern amenities and classic Victorian character.

Step inside Fontain House and be greeted by a spacious open-plan kitchen/dining area, perfect for preparing and enjoying meals together. The kitchen is well-equipped with all you need for a self-catering break, with modern appliances including a dishwasher, and a 5-burner gas range cooker. Doors from the kitchen lead to an enclosed garden with patio seating.
The living room is a warm and inviting space with ample comfortable seating and an open fire, providing the perfect ambiance after a day of exploring Perthshire. Double doors open up the space, creating a seamless flow between the living and dining areas, perfect for socialising and enjoying each other's company.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Fontain House boasts four bedrooms, each tastefully decorated and designed for comfort. The master bedroom downstairs features a king-size bed and a gorgeous en-suite with a rainfall shower and double sink vanity. An additional king-size bedroom is downstairs as well as the main bathroom with shower over bath. Upstairs you will find a double bedroom with ensuite and a twin bedroom.

Fontain House is thoughtfully equipped with a range of amenities to ensure your comfort during your stay. A utility cupboard is stocked with a washing machine, airer, and iron. Off-street parking for two cars is available on the driveway. Additionally, a public car park with four EV charging points is conveniently located directly opposite the property.

We wanted to stay in a central location to be able to day travel to enjoy the loveliness of Scotland. We were celebrating our friend's 70th birthday and this trip was her dream. This property helped make that dream come true and extra special. A huge thank you to our host for the gift basket of goodies and when we went into the sitting room there was a bottle of bubbly with a Happy Birthday balloon. We felt like 12 year old girls with a birthday surprise!
The house is lovely and was a perfect mix of vintage and modern. It had everything we needed and truly within walking distance to everything around the town.
It has a fire burning fire place with a bay window. So lovely and cozy! We were there for a week and the host provided instructions and wood for the fireplace. We loved it so much after returning from a day of travel we used it every night.
The host was timely and helpful with every inquiry on shops and where to find things.
I just can't say enough about this property and would give it more than 5 starts and Super Host if I could. We have traveled and spent time in many properties and I am always honest in my reviews and this property will exceed your expectations!
