Perfect location fo Navigli and good places on the doorstep

Superb location , perfect for the Navigli district for a family trip to Milan, 50 m from the tram stop (line 2) Filippo was a great host very communicative . 3-4 lovely wine bars a beautiful traditional Milanese restaurant Damm-atra and a very cool traditional coffee shop Legends bar all within 100m of the apartment. 5 minutes walk into the Navigli canal district for bars and restaurants and vintage markets at the weekend and easy to get into the city and the Duomo etc

Could do with a bit of modernisation but everything you need and a big space.

The apartment is located at the basement of the building. The owner is rude and not accommodatiing.

Clean place with nice location.

No mosquito net as described in the apartment contents; no aircon and temperature is humid and hot; but it's tolerable. It'scthe attitiude of the owner that we did not like. He is rude. He told us not to book in his apartment when we called to ask information about how we can get in his apartment. He does not want to be contacted; he is not accommodating.

You plan and search for good places to stay to make your trip a great one...just book this place.

Host was great. Apartment was spacious...there were 6 of us, parents and 4 kids ages 12-20. Navigli neighborhood is really vibrant. Very metro accessible. Great if you're flying into Linate (on the metro line and a relatively quick trip) vs. MXP (which requires a train to Milan Centrale) Lots of restaurants close by.

Book elsewhere

The location was good and Filippo was a very responsive host however the apartment did not meet our expectations. It was easy to find and he provided photos on how to get in to the apartment. This apartment could have a lot of potential if it was deep cleaned and cared for a bit better. It was fine for our one night stay but I wouldn’t stay any longer

This apartment is not “Deluxe” in the slightest. It doesn’t look anything like the photos. The spare toilet paper was dirty and wet like it had been dropped and placed back on the holder. Toilet/ bathroom door does not close properly and one of the bedroom doors doesn’t open without getting caught on the ground. Mould in the shower and throughout the bathroom. The sliding door outside was left open when we arrived which didn’t make us feel that safe. The street is right next to the bedroom windows so it’s very loud. We also found the bed uncomfortable and who knows if the sheets were cleaned properly either. The couch looked grubby as well

Nos encantó. Está en Navigli pero no en el meollo de los bares (7 minutos andando), así que es tranquilo. Tiene un minimarket enfrente y una parada de tranvía al lado también. Además está súper nuevo y chulísimo decorado. Está 'bajo tierra', pero aún así és bastante luminoso. Y el chico con el que hablamos por mensajes muy majo.

Has de tener en cuenta que está a unos 25 minutos del centro en tranvía. Por lo que solo lo recomiendo para una noche (o más) , y además, la quieres aprovechar para tomar algo tranquilamente en el barrio. Si sólo quieres visitar el centro te pilla más lejos.

Veel te warm in het appartement

Ruim appartement

Niet schoon (badkamer en keuken) tevens was het er binnen zeer warm (30+ graden), stond wel een ventilator, maar een airco in elke kamer is zeker geen overbodige luxe. We hadden het appartement gehuurd voor een doorreis overnachting maar konden niet in slaap komen van de warmte. Hierdoor zijn we na een douche direct doorgereden en er dus eigenlijk niet overnacht.

Mooi appartement, jammer dat het zo smerig was

Leuk en groot appartement. Wel een aparte locatie zo onder in de kelder, maar prima!

Het was ontzettend vies. Er lagen nog haren in het bed, de badkamer stonk naar pis (echt heel vies) en als je met je sokken over de vloer heen liep, waren ze echt smerig.

De ligging in Navigli is super. Vriendelijk eigenaar die goed bereikbaar is. Basis faciliteiten zijn in orde

1 badkamer voor grote groep is wat onhandig. Zeker omdat de wc ook in de badkamer zit. Het appartement is gehorig.
