Very happy and would recommend

The location was amazing, very close to the canal and metro. Perfect for what we required. The door handle was broke which I explained upon arrival and the host was great. It was difficult to get in as the WiFi was down which caused issues but I would imagine this wouldn’t always be the case. It was difficult with no wifi but we managed Between us.

Nice, cosy and clean apartment in Navigli

Very well decorated and very clean flat . The owner was incredibly helpful . All rooms had air conditioner which was what we needed on hottest days in Milan. The beds were comfortable, neighbourhood was quiet but close to navigli cafes and restaurants. If you want to stay in Navigli, this might be the best option.

First impressions matter.

Great location, it was close to the metro & so many restaurants. We liked that the apartment was modern and secured. The AC worked amazing.

Not enough towels for a group of 5 only 1 towel per person & no hand towels at all. Also Not enough toilet paper we ran out on day 2. Floors were dirty and not mopped. When we got there the room was dirty check in said 2 pm we got there around 2:30pm. I was very disappointed we were all tired and all we wanted was to sleep but we couldn’t. I called Samantha who was in charge and she sent someone right away like 5 min later to come clean it. We stayed in the kitchen table and fell asleep while the apartment was being cleaned. It took him about 2hrs to finish. Even after cleaning it it was still dirty not his fault. It just needs a deep cleaning. Spider webs & spiders were on the ceilings. First impressions matter and this one wasn’t a good one. The photos show how it was when we arrived.

The AC not working in the living area and then one of the bedrooms. No supplies like microwave oven, no toaster. No instructions of items available/needed , no suggestions of things nearby or restaurants. A better starter kit would have been nice.

Exceptional

The area is very interesting, a lot of cafes, and party nights if you like:). But at the same time, the house is located in a quiet place with its own fenced area. The apartment is newly renovated, comfortable, tastefully furnished. We were by car, so the distance from the center did not bother us. We were able to feel like not tourists, what is just great. Cons: Lack of parking space. I didn't want to leave my car outside overnight. In the morning the car stood for 3 hours in front of the gates of the house and two doors were scratched with a key. Apparently from the fact that they stood on the yellow markings (for the locals) with German numbers. Parking garage nearby was set up for the night, but the way the count is very idiotic. One night costs 24 euros and the other 17 euros . (On the gate it says 15 euros 24 hours)😂 Dear hosts, solve the problem with parking please and your place will be a fortune))) Your customers are motorheads:)

Ottimo appartamento, accoglienza decisamente da migliorare

L'appartamento è molto bello, completamente rinnovato e dotato di tutto il necessario. Ci sono diversi balconi/terrazze, ottima luce (3° piano con ascensore), 3 camere da letto (2 piccoline, ma ok) e due bagni. La cucina è veramente molto bella. Si percepisce che è un appartamento rinnovato con cura e attenzione.

Alcuni aspetti che è giusto segnalare, pur essendo inconvenienti che possono capitare: uno degli split dell’aria condizionata perdeva acqua e abbiamo trovato il corridoio completamente bagnato. Anche il frigorifero/congelatore non raffreddava a dovere e perdeva acqua. Il Wi-Fi non funzionava e ci è stato detto che sarebbe arrivato un tecnico il giorno successivo alle 8:30, ma con il check-out previsto per le 10:00 questo avrebbe significato avere estranei in casa mentre magari volevamo semplicemente dormire un po’ di più. All’arrivo siamo stati accompagnati in casa da una persona che non si è nemmeno presentata, quindi non sappiamo se fosse parte dell’agenzia (speriamo di no, per il bene della struttura). Si è limitata a consegnarci le chiavi e a informarci del problema con il Wi-Fi. L’interazione si è chiusa lì. Al momento del check-out l’abbiamo ritrovata seduta in reception, con uno yogurt in mano e lo sguardo assente sul telefono. Non ci ha nemmeno rivolto la parola, siamo stati noi a salutarla per primi. Alla nostra segnalazione dei problemi in casa ha risposto con un semplice “non dipende da me, riferisco”, senza alzarsi o dire altro. Sempre di più oggi è fondamentale curare la selezione del personale, perché l’accoglienza e l’assistenza incidono sulla percezione complessiva della struttura.

Apartamento vicino ai Navigli in zona tranquilla e signorile. Ampio soggiorno con angolo cottura, 3 camere da letto matrimoniali e 2 bagni moderni. Ottimo il riscaldamento regolabile in ogni stanza. Personale gentile all accoglienza. Raccomando vivamente.
