Simple, clean and comfortable accommodation in a good location.

Spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds with nice linens and towels. Excellent shower. Good location that was near to centre but quieter. Good communication and easy check in and out. Simply furnished as per photographs.

Slight ‘sewage’ like smell in bathroom. Kitchen equipment minimal. E.g 3 mugs for an up to 6 person flat. Sofa can seat 4 at a push. An extra comfy chair or 2 would help make it seem better value when advertised as for up to 6 people.

We had a lovely stay - perfect apartment for a few days in the city!

Really spacious, clean and modern facilities. The Camus Flats team were wonderful. We had a couple of requests during our stay and they were so kind and hospitable. Fantastic customer service!

Nice stay

Really liked the set up of this place. It had an upstairs loft bedroom with a large bed and then single beds on the main floor. The sofa was super comfortable and the facilities that the property offered were great. There were fans dotted around in case you got too hot and ample storage to unpack all our stuff. The flat was located on the top floor (no lift) but fine if you don’t have overly large/ heavy luggage. Access to the flat is also by code so no messing around with keys or stiff locks.

The only things I would say is that there was a slight sewer smell in the bathroom and I definitely underestimated the distance to things from the flat on foot but can be combatted if you are using public transport.

Good stay

The apartment was clean and tidy. The location was walking distance from the major attractions like grand place and city center.

The neighborhood hood was too quiet. ( for some people it is a plus The parking was an issue but with 10 min walking distance you can park your car in a paid parking(20-30 euro per day)

Will go back again

The flat is big and clean, has everything one needs to cook and clean. Beds are comfy and the street is quiet, you will get your night’s sleep. You can walk to the city centre.

Location is not the best at night, would recommend taking a cab/Uber.

A really nice apartment that is perfect for groups and great value

Check-in was super easy with lockbox codes and the host was very responsive to answer any questions we had. The apartment itself was really nice and very clean. There was lots of room and the living room area was a perfect hangout place for the group of friends.

The location is a bit further away from the city center but given how nice the apartment was and the price, it was still great value. The sofa bed is a bit small to fit two people on it but can make due as the sofa is quite comfy all around. Also would be nice to have some sort of ventilation in the bathroom like a fan.

Pristine and spacious apartment in Brussels that makes for a great stay

Very spacious and spotlessly clean apartment with good lighting, good quality kitchen utensils and wifi Having a washing machine just down the stairs on Level 1 of the building was very useful. Apartment is easy 10 minute walk to area with a good selection of restaurants .

A great family vacation!

A great apartment, 14 minutes away, by foot from the Grand Central Square. Very clean and very comfortable beds! The communication with the host was excelent via WhatsApp and we really enjoyed the time spent there. Highly recommended and we should definitely book it again!

Sadly not a comfortable stay for us.

The room is not in the Centrum, but a few minutes walk, as we wanted. The restaurants in the area are better priced and better food because of that. Room was clean and spacious for the 4 of us.

The room was very warm, the air conditioner is far too small for the area size and the water collection bottle is a soda bottle that fills very quickly leaving a puddle in a couple hours. The beds are very hard. The upper loft area is very warm in the evenings.

Nice unit (but maybe not for the peak of summer when it's hottest) and very responsive owner.

The place was well appointed and clean.

It's not the fault of the property (we were aware that there was no air conditioning) but it was quite hot especially as we got the top most unit during a heatwave. That said, the owner set up an aircooler that somehow provided a bit of relief.

Excellent apartment in a good location

The location was just a 15 minute walk to the centre of the old town. The apartment is well appointed, bright and clean. The bed and sofa bed in the lounge were very comfortable. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and highly recommended.

We found the apartment to be spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It is located about a 15 min walk to Grand Place. We truly appreciated the large windows and a fan on the hot sumner days. The host quickly responded to messages.

Perfect for a few nights stay

Flat was easy to find, communication from host was great, everything you needed was in the flat. Really useful that we could leave luggage in laundry room so we did not have to take around city with us on arrival and departure day.

I was unpleasantly surprised by my feeling of unsafety in the city.

The apartment was not the one shown in the photo. But it was not worse, very clean, very comfortable, well equipped. The owner answered questions on VnatsApp very quickly. It was very easy to check in. They are located near the tram stop. It is about 10-15 minutes walk to the city center

Even though the apartment is located in the center, in a residential area, I did not feel safe when I walked along the street alone. This applies more to the city as a whole than to the assessment of the housing

Very clean but steep stairs to get to the apartment. That was not made aware of beforehand.

The property was clean . The host let us have a early check in and late checkout.

There were 40 steep steps to get to our apartment which we were not told. With the luggage , it was really hard. The washing machine was in the next floor.

A secure stay in a multicultural neighbourhood of Brussels

Clean, fairly newly renovated in a secure building. Lots of natural light and quiet location once off the street. Not far from Brussels Midi Station and from central Brussels itself. Lots of history to explore in adjacent streets

Bathroom cabinet and mirrors were installed for very tall people but we welcomed the extensive shelf space. Kitchen utensils could do with expanding but basic cutlery and a couple of knives, colander and bread board covered most things. Shared washing machine, ie with the other flats in the complex.

Exceptional stay - highly recommended

The apartment was clean, well-maintained and accurately furnished as described. The bathroom was spotless with excellent shower pressure, and the double bed was very comfortable. We appreciated the host accommodating our requests, which was very helpful for our travel plans. The location was convenient for exploring Brussels. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

cozy new apartment in the vicinity of the center of Bruxelles

we stayed in a renovated apartment on the second floor. Everything was clean, plenty of towels, kitchen fully equipped (even though we didn't use it). Owners shared some great recommendation for food in the vicinity. we enjoyed our stay.

the sofa couch is hard. it is ok for a night but not longer. sheets for the sofa bed didn't fit but the owners responded immediately and found an alternative solution. there aren't many supermarkets in the vicinity.

Comfortable dnd well-located rental.

Large, well-appointed unit. Bedroom was dark and quiet. Recently remodeled. Convenient location. The host was very responsive and flexible with check in and check out.

The walk from the train station to the rental was. Or the most pleasant. There wasn’t a key or lock inside the door to further secure it while we were sleeping - just the key code. There were a few items missing from the kitchen which would have made our stay more comfortable since we cook a great deal.

Buenisimo apartamento para una pareja.

El sofá, no es sofá cama. Es un sofá que se quita el respaldo y se hace cama irregular con las aperturas del espaldar del sofá. Para dormir es Durísimo. Todo lo demás es perfecto. Baño, salón, dormitorio, cama del dormitorio, la ubicación caminando 15 minutos a la Grand Place, y cerca de todo para caminar.

Met wat aanpassingen tegen de tocht wordt het een prettige appartement.

De locatie is goed. We waren voor de kerstmarkt en activiteiten. Er zijn genoeg winkels in de buurt.

De deur bij de trap had een heel grote spleet, waardoor veel tocht naar bovenkwam vanuit de trappengang. De tocht voel je in je rug als je op de bank zit. Misschien is het handig om tussen de wc gedeelte en woonkamer een glazen deur te plaatsen. Zo blijft de kou van de trappenhal buiten woongedeelte. Dit was echt niet fijn. We moesten hoog stoken, waardoor de slaapkamer bij de nokgedeelte heel warm werd. Kortom er moeten wat praktische aanpassingen worden gedaan.

Nous avons aimé l'espace, la chambre etait confortable et les couvertures supplémentaires étaient appréciables. Nous avons beaucoup aimé la proximité du centre (Grand Place...). L'accès pratique au logement avec les codes numériques.
