Our 3rd 4 night at the Old Bank in apartment 5 (middle floor, accessed at rear from car park up fire escape stairs). Great location. Comfortable & well equipped. Spotlessly clean. Tea, coffee & milk supplies were appreciated. Off road (free) parking. Good comms with management team.
Minor points - nowhere to hang anything (one single coat rack). Needs hooks in bedrooms & bathroom for towels, clothes, coats etc. Needs a cafetiere (we coffee lovers took our own).

Very good value, everything worked (that I used) and it was very clean. Location was great, very near station. Not much noise. Windows that opened.
I had trouble getting the key out of the door once I'd unlocked - it took me a while to realise the key had to be in the horizontal not the vertical position. It might be useful to include this in the instructions.
Shower flow is weak (though the water was hot). But given the low price that's fair enough.

Good location, quick walk from the station and easy walk into town. High ceilings and well equipped kitchen. Once the heating was on, it was warm and cosy.
The heating controls weren’t working, there is no way to contact the host so when the link for the wifi didn’t work, I had to go without - why would you not print it on a piece of paper in the room?? I came to the conclusion that the bed had been slept in previously by an elephant.
