It was a great area ! Just a walk away to the park, dairy nearby at the bus stop, great to catch public transport, also just a walk away from the Westfield Mall. It was nice and open, ideal for a couple. The wifi on the TV was fast - loved the addition of having a smart TV. Cute for a little getaway, especially if you’re trying to save some money.
Although we were initially impressed with all of the appliances, we quickly learned that some of them didn’t work. The oven didn’t work, the microwave kept needing to be restarted in order to work, and the fridge was alright but our drinks we bought were kept mildly cool - not cold (even the freezer wasn’t keeping things frozen). I would also suggest that because there is a dishwasher, even 1 dishwashing tablet would be useful for each stay. As well as tea towels as they we didn’t have anything to dry our dishes with (we used the basin and dishwashing liquid provided as we didn’t have dishwashing tablets - we saw no use buying any as we don’t own a dishwasher and you can only buy the tablets in bulk).

The location.
Wasn't clean on arrival. They knew we were staying 18 nights and yet they provided only 2 toilet paper, 2 towels etc... no cleaning option even for 18 nights and yet they are not even capable to give you 1 broom or one vacuum. 1 rubbish bin provided so you have to buy a lot of stuff from your own. Bad smell on the corridor. A table outside with chairs, so had to ask for a chair. The guy came back with 1 only, I had to ask him ton bring another one! The kettle wasn't working too... they replaced it.

Studio appartment and security. Couldn’t go up via lift without scanning the fob.
There was no place to dispose off garbage. The floor was dusty as I saw on my clothes when they fell on the floor on day one. The bathroom floor wasn’t clean. No instructions on how to operate the TV. No close parking. Ringwood car parking was closed at night, didn’t suit my schedule. Other site next to the real estate too far for me to walk at night.

Great shower pressure.
Only one chair to sit on out on the balcony. Only one glass to drink from. Oven wasn't working. No tea towels or floor mat for the shower. There was only one towel for 2 nights. Internet on the tv didn't work and when we asked the host regarding he wasn't very helpful. Location overall was great however it is in the flight path for planes going in and out of the airport. This is quite a noisy area and being summer and no air conditioning in the room you need to sleep with the doors open. Also the fan provided was very noisy and ineffective for the room. The host recommended parking at the Ronwood Ave parking however this is closed over the weekend. Parking can be problematic. When we came downstairs in the morning their was vomit in the lift, foyer and front door.

Fantastic location, we really enjoyed our stay here. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed the cooking facilities.
In the kitchen, there were no teatowels or oven gloves so it was very difficult using the oven. We used a hand towel instead.

The 500m walk to get the key while dragging my luggage was not something I had anticipated.
There were no mugs for coffee, no washing detergent for hand washing dishes.
The bathroom basin did not drain
The room was very warm and so it was hard to sleep

I liked that the place was clean,tidy and across the road from public transport hubs bus and trains. A very short walk to Manukau city center. Like waise for restaurants and cafes.

Modern, slick-looking studio. Fantastic shower strength. Owner provided basics when we complained as there were none when we arrived & we appreciated the change of towels & linen each week. The “Industrial Loft” vibe of the open hot-water heater manhole in the ceiling of the bathroom was a nice touch. Owner did help when we had to add extra days but we were made to feel like he was doing us a massive favour when this is all part of the job. Reading through the bad reviews, the owner has clearly mastered the ability to sound concerned and sincere when promising to attend to past criticisms & rectify past problems.
When we had to change rooms, we met the new guests in the foyer who were checking in to our previous room who were arranging to pick up the key early at the same time one of us was also in the process of dropping off the old room key & picking up the new one. They obviously had already picked up their key - the one we had just deposited- when the owner checked to see if we had returned ours, and not finding it, jumped to the conclusion we had not yet returned it, (which we had) so it’s clear they live close by & really, it’s gratifying they are able to make an effort considering the points below. Given the long list & the fact previous issues remain, I thought they lived abroad & find it difficult to get into Auckland to oversee the standards, managing the arduous trip just once or twice a year.
It’s clear from past bad reviews the toilet seat issue & other issues listed by others remain. After a long trip travelling & arrival late from the airport, it was a rude shock to not have one roll of toilet paper in the apartment. Not even one square. Just as in previous reviews, cleanliness hasn’t improved, dusty, the floor is filthy, limited kitchen utensils, no broom considering we had a month’s stay, badly scratched Teflon saucepan, no tea towels, missing fridge shelves, most of the freezer blocked by ice, dust covering the bar fridge so it’s not as if it were high & out of reach like the overhead cupboard shelves, (shorties please note, pack a stepladder- I’m not kidding, as some brainy person had placed some items up high & out of reach for the average height person), no dishwasher tabs, no dishwashing liquid, no dishcloth, badly draining bathroom basin. As said above, we changed rooms & owner did arrange us an early checkin given we were in the same building but we still had to walk to Cavendish to deposit/pick up the key-New room key wasn’t there. The realtor helped locate a spare but when we got back, our new room was still being cleaned. The young man cleaning the room did not even have a broom or mop which explains the dirty floor but spot cleaned the floor with a rag on his hands & knees. No broom or brush & pan again in the new room so luckily we had brought the broom from our previous room provided for us when we complained. Again, no dishwashing tabs, no garbage bags either. Badly stained coffee table where some of the stains easily came off with some bicarb. In this apartment the toilet seat was extremely loose so I question the owner’s sincerity in promising to attend to these issues-It’s November & a review listed the loose toilet seat issue in January. Shower still leaks. Weirdly, some of the curtains in the first studio were back-to-front with the liner facing into the room.

The view and shower pressure are the only good things about this apartment
Upon arrival we could smell a rotten smell coming from the room. After looking around we found out that this stench was coming from the unclean fridge. It smelt as if milk had gone off in there and was not cleaned. The linen provided for the bed was stained and this forced us to buy our own. There were little cockroaches running around the apartment which was very off putting and considering we already paid we had no choice but to stay. We requested extra towels which were delivered on Saturday while we were out. However when we did come back we found that our dirty laundry bag had been looked through and our underwear (which was in its own wash bag) was pulled out. Parking for this property was suggested that we park at a secure location 5mins away. We paid for parking and after checking-in we went out for the night. When coming back to this location it was fully locked. Upon investigation this paid location stays locked from 9pm Friday and doesn’t re-open until Monday morning. This would have trapped our car in if we hadn’t have left the car park that evening.
We feel very violated and disgusted as this was meant to be a special weekend away. Do better please and clean your room and don’t go looking through others things. We would like some form of compensation

Some delivery of items came quickly when communicated.
If you are happy to supply everything yourself including cleaning products and towels its fine. But not for a traveler.
When I arrived, no shampoo conditioner, etc, as stated, is available on the list of items available. They were delivered the next day, which was great.
2 towels for 5 nights, not enough, and no directions on how to dispose of rubbish as it's not a serviced apartment, which I wasn't aware of.
Toilet seat broken and constantly fell down on me.
No dish washing liquid (was enough left in bottle for first night), so it is also not useful,. Nor any face cloths.
People upstairs extremely noisy who I believe live there but not sure if may be wrong, and no staff on-site to speak to regarding any of this.
Pick up and delivery of key extremely annoying when nowhere to store luggage and you have to drag it around with you so prepare for a hike with baggage only a pain if more than one suitcase though..
Wasn't very clean either.
Will be staying at m apartments next time due to feedback from fellow colleagues who had booked through them in same building complex.

We loved the location. Perfect for where we wanted to be. The room was clean and tidy when we got there. The kitchen was amazing and the bathroom as well. The size of the room was just perfect for the two of us. We just enjoyed our stay there for the weekend.
What we didn't know was the parkings. If we knew we would've done something to avoid not having a parking spot on site. We were informed about where to park but they far away from the apartments and we didn't want to risk leaving our car far away. But luckily the man in the reception at the apartments (they were not the owners of our apartment), told us that its $12 for a parking spot, otherwise our car would be towed away if we parked there without a ticket. We were able to pay for the ticket for one night only because some people already booked the parking spots for those other days we were there. We still managed to park there without getting towed because it was a public holiday and then the weekend that time. So I recommend to book a parking spot before your arrival, ask the host or go in to the reception downstairs for more information on parking spots!

The room was filthy...Modern apartment but given to us dirty. The bedsheets had hair and foodscraps stuck to the sheets. The floor wasn't even swept never alone vacuumed, their was dust, hair, scraps on the floor, under the bed was gross. The shower you could see stains on the glass and to top it all off the duvet inner was dirty and stained. DO NOT stay here and to add more there is NO parking, you have to drive round and round and pray you find a free spot. There are plenty of other motels near by.

I was quite disappointed with my stay. Although check-in was supposed to be available from 2pm, I arrived at 3:30pm to find the apartment had not yet been cleaned. The Wi-Fi didn’t work on arrival, and while housekeeping eventually provided access to a different network, it was unreliable, often slow to connect and frequently disconnected. I was in Auckland for a business trip so needed to access Wi-Fi for work purposes.
The apartment was also missing basic essentials like toilet paper, body wash, and shampoo. I reached out to the host, who said they would follow up with housekeeping, but no one ever came. I ended up having to purchase these items myself.

The area is nice close to everything we need
What I don’t like is when we asked for a car park (paid) and the reception said to us it’s only reserved for their guest right after we told him we are are guest as well, the room was so dirty even in the bed looks like they didn’t even changed sheet, not everything was provided inside the room for our staying.
There was no room service as mentioned and the whole time we stayed there it’s smells very bad once you step out of the room.

the only positive i have about this place is the location. it’s very close to the train station, the mall, the airport and the motorway but that’s it. upon arriving and we were looking around the apartment we noticed the toilet seat was broken at the hinges. they only provide two bath towels so i suggest if you’re staying here and u want to cook, buy paper towels and also dishwashing liquid. they provide a dishwasher and a sink but no cleaning products?? so many things were broken but weren’t brought to our attention, the toilet seat, the arm of the couch and how to function the oven. if i wanna turn on the oven im assuming that the switch on the wall that says “oven” is what i need to turn on to turn on the oven. wrong lol and even messaging the owners they didn’t know what switch to turn on until they got someone in and he showed us there’s a different switch including the one labelled “oven” that the owners didn’t tell us about. the icing on the cake is that we found BED BUGS 🤢🤢 BED BUGS CAN U BELIEVE IT 🤮 it was our first night and i felt something crawling on my phone, i flicked it away and turned the light on and boom two bed bugs 🤢 we stripped the bed and took photos of the ones we found. i was horrified, it was so disgusting. we messaged the owners and they sent someone the next morning to change the sheets. they didn’t seemed too fazed by the bed bugs, it must be normal seeing as they didn’t react too much. i didn’t want to stay there anymore but i was on holiday and couldn’t get somewhere else in time. on our last days we find more and i ask for a refund and they refuse. FOR BED BUGS THEY REFUSE?!?? that’s crazy! do not stay here it’s disgusting and dirty, the floors were dirty, the beds dirty, the dishes and the oven DIRTY and greasy. i wouldn’t wish this place on my worst enemy. there wasn’t any type of empathy or apology towards us and the inconvenience that the stay caused us so spend ur money elsewhere and do not stay here at this disgusting dump.

Location is excellent. Very central, Westfield mall is just 400m away, the Manukau bus and train are literally outside opposite the building which made travelling seamless. Very comfortable bed, the room is so big with a balcony makes it even more comfortable and breathable.
I stayed for over a week and I couldn’t manage to keep the room tidier than I had hoped as there wasn’t enough cleaning supplies like a mop and broom.

The geographic location of this apartment definitely worked well for us during this trip. It's also right next to a Westfield, public transport options, and has a large grassed park across the road. The apartment is large and roomy, and the kitchen area was so handy for that late night hot drink after a full day out.
The carparking.. This was advertised as an MCentral apartment that offers free parking. I've booked here in the past, due to the free parking just downstairs. Once I booked and paid this time, it was then revealed that i actually booked a 'privately owned' apartment within MCentral apartments that didnt offer free parking. I was a bit disappointed as it was a key factor in choosing this place.

Le service d équipement.. A plusieurs reprise nous avons contacter le propriétaire des lieux pour leur réfrigérateur en panne .. On c est retrouver avec un réfrigérateur en panne tout au long de notre séjour

Il manquait les chaises sur le balcon, 1 seule chaise dans la chambre et nous n’avions pas de fourchettes au 10ème étage tandis que dans l’autre chambre au 8eme il y avait tout
Les clés à récupérer sont un peu loin à part ça tout allais bien
