Nice and small, perfect for 1 person or a couple.
Love there’s a washing machine but we did not use it.
There is everything there that you would need.
No interaction with host, smooth check in and check out.
Close to Trusts Arena.
Easy to get from place to place from the accomodation.
Very small, but perfect for a couple.
It often got very very hot and heated so we had the fan going and at one point the ranch slider and back door open.

The location was just where it should be. Close to all amenities. In the studio upon arrival, the bed gave a welcoming gesture with how the towels were shaped. In the kitchen there were snacks and coffee making, cooking utensils readily available even in the early hours of the morning. It was just beyond expectation.

The kitchen and bathroom were absolutely sparkling clean and there's a good amount of outdoor space, along with a very friendly cat (who appreciates a treat too). The host is an excellent communicator. The environment is very secure. Good situation for a solo female traveller. I would recommend.
There were a couple of minor things I suggested to the owner, which I imagine he will probably act on. Nothing that couldn't be easily fixed.

--NOT a cozy oasis studio at all !!!
It's (was) a garage converted into a studio.
Photo: from the bed (from the table would be even less view…..)
-extremely small
-no space for 2 people sitting on a table to do something (for example working on the laptops)
-small shelf in the kitchen, mounted on the wall, not securely attached (should be a table?)
-no light over mirror in bathroom, hardly impossible to put make up/ mascara on (light at the back)
-There's not really any daylight in the room, just light like you'd expect in a garage.
