The absence of traffic noise. The light filled, spaciousness modern, well equipped unit with 2 bathrooms. Very close roximity to beach and harbor vuews. Comfortable beds with plenty of extra blankts and pollows. Extensively equipped kitchen and laundry (washing machine and clothes drier), including every imaginable kitchen utensil. Comprehensive cleaning cupboard, vacuum cleaner, brushes, mop, ironing board, and iron. This unit is fully equipped with everything you might need.
Creaking floating flooring in lounge/dining/kitchen.
Noise transfer with upstairs.
Very steep driveway might intimidate some drivers.
