Clean. Tidy. Everything anyone could need. Good Value for Money.

Location was great in terms of getting to other places around Auckland. It was a very quiet place and very private. Off road parking was good and the hosts communication was frequent and helpful. All kitchen needs were at hand and easy to find.

Directions to property were a little confusing and I went down a wrong driveway at first. A better description would be "......... go to end of Cradock street. On left is a driveway marked 'private passage way' with large number 48 on display. Proceed down this driveway until a brick house on left marked Number 40 appears. That is the destination. Park in left side of carport."
