The apartment met all our expectations. Our host met us and assisted us with check in and parking in the secured carpark and then accompanied us to the level 5 apartment while explaining how we could use the pool and gym. It was a lovely, cozy bedroom with smart TV, a super comfy bed with our own private bathroom. We didn’t see our host again even though it’s a shared kitchen dining , lounge and balcony , you would never have known we were sharing an apartment . Urba residences is centrally located in the CBD and we would highly recommend this accommodation option and happily stay there next time in Auckland.
