Rooms in an Epsom House

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place! The house is large, beautiful, and very cozy. Our room was warm, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bedding was clean and fresh. We also loved having a balcony with a beautiful view. The private bathroom was well-equipped with everything we needed, including soap, shower gel, conditioner, and a hairdryer. The entire house, including all shared areas, was spotless and very well maintained. Guests have access to Wi-Fi, a kitchen, and a refrigerator, which made our stay even more convenient. The house is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, perfect for relaxing. The host deserves special mention — he is incredibly welcoming, friendly, helpful, and kind-hearted. He made us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived. Everything exceeded our expectations. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return in the future. Highly recommended!

Good facilities, with a shower big enough for all the shower needs. Free use of the kitchen and laundry, with a guest fridge. Good public transport links and plenty of parking. Lovely hosts with a lovely cat (Bella)!

Spacious and comfortable room located in a charming neighborhood close to Mt Eden

The beds were very comfortable, and the Wi-Fi connection was excellent. The kitchen was very well-equipped, and check-in was quick and easy. The location is perfect for exploring Auckland itself. The price is very reasonable for the quality of the stay. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, the hot shower was perfect.
