The beds were very comfortable, and the Wi-Fi connection was excellent. The kitchen was very well-equipped, and check-in was quick and easy. The location is perfect for exploring Auckland itself. The price is very reasonable for the quality of the stay. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, the hot shower was perfect.

The lady who greeted me, probably Dominic was nice and the owner as well. I also had a last-minute request to leave my small luggage so I can explore more of the city. I highly recommend this place, nice and quiet! They are also responsive on messages. I just didn't notice that towels were included, I brought mine but that was okay. Shampoo and liquid body wash was also included and not the typical ones you'll see in the hotels. I hope they can include hair dryer in the toilet, but overall, my stay was nice and comfy!
