Convenient location but not for more than 2 night stay.

Convenient location. Had enough bathrooms for a big group.

Our host wasn’t organized ahead of time. It was not value for money. We had to keep asking for basic items like hand wash and rubbish bags. Sheets were crushed on the bed, one smelt as though it hadn’t been washed. We had a 10 day stay and ran out of hot water. There was no light in the laundry room. The garage was locked, couldn’t be used and therefore was not wheelchair friendly.

Large 4br, easy walking distance to Mt. Smart

Location, easy walk to Go Media Mt. Smart Stadium. Loved en suites in every bedroom.

Parking was questionable, was stated that there was a garage for 1 car, but was full of stuff and no way a car would fit; we ended up parking on grass because our car wouldn’t fit in front of garage. AC in master bedroom also broken, or at least not cooling at all.

We had a big family altogether and it was very good with plenty of bathrooms.very comfortable stay for us .

Great place for a large group. Spacious and comfortable with helpful hosts.

The hosts were very thoughtful and put up Christmas trees for us to make our stay more festive. They were also very helpful and prompt when we managed to lock a bedroom door. The playground at the school next door was a bonus.

The outdoor areas were not secure so kids couldn't play outside.

It was good size and clean

NO HOT TUB NO PRIVATE PARKING The shampoo was PURPLE HAIR DYE TONNER SHAMPOO No conditioner no soap no hand towels no extra toilet paper TWO dishwasher tablets for 8 people for a whole weekend. NO RUBISH BINS OR BAGS DRYER DOESN’T WORK WE DIDN’T GET OUR CHECK IN CODE UNTILL CHECK-IN TIME

A great place to stay with a big family.

The rooms were large and comfortable. Having a bathroom for each room was great for a large family group. Property was in good distance to everything we were going to do and see.

Communication needs to be more prompt. Messages were sent after our check out time and we had already left Auckland.

Each bedroom had a bathroom and was a good location for our needs

We were given one less bed than originally organised. We had no hot water for 2 days- and were only told after we left that the tanks had to be switched. Heatpumps had no power and one room was missing a remote- host had to come and switch on power for heat pumps. No tea/coffee/sugar/dish powder Not a lot of cups. Full kitchen but not a lot of serving dishes Stated online that there was a tv with streaming- no tv at all in the house Said online that there was a hot tub- not even a bath in the house. Living area was small and only one couch - not ideal for the size of the group. Host turned up unexpectedly to get her charger without contacting before. No face cloths provided and limited toilet paper for the size of the group. Hand towels would have been good.

Disappointed with our stay!!

Location was convenient for my family, host was quick to respond and came over quickly to fix the problem that needed to be fixed.

Uncleanliness of the property inside and outside, all bathroom drains were blocked, wash basins/showers would fill up quickly (hair clogging showers; I messaged the host and she came to clean the 2 showers with visible hair; pic provided below, but I should’ve got her to clean all 4 showers/bathrooms) spiders everywhere especially baby spiders in the lounge. Couch had stains and made our bodies itchy. Beds were average. House had a very strong odour lingering. Rubbish bin in kitchen had a very potent stench. The sink grinder was full of water and smelt horrific. Both garbage and recycle bins were full from previous occupants (host offered to take the bin on the road for us). I asked for an early check in but cleaners had to clean the house (house was not clean; stains in toilets, mould in showers, house was not vacuumed, most of the walls had a lot of black scuff marks, oven was not cleaned and the trays inside the oven were not clean too, frying pan was not cleaned properly). Price for 3 nights was not worth it because of the state of the house. 3 doors of the house was locked.

Ideal for a nights stay, but lacks basic amenities

Central location for where we needed to be. Plenty of bathrooms for the guests. Rooms were clean and tidy. The code door was good as guests had easy access.

-We expected to house with single beds as pictured. -Parking was limited and the driveway was narrow. -We understand having outdoor cameras for security reasons but having them in every corner felt invasive and hard for our guests to relax as we felt we were being watched. -There was no basic cleaning supplies: tea towels, cloths to wipe down benches, a broom, mop etc. -The were no flannels - only a very tiny kitchen bin and no recycling bins. We ended up taking most of our rubbish with us which was not ideal.

Perfect location and home for groups!

The house was perfect for our group of friends, the number of bathrooms made it comfortable and convenient for us. The kitchen is well stocked. The house was immaculet. Location was perfect only taking 10-20mins max to get where we wanted to go. Would happily stay again.

The tight driveway and not much off road parking. Luckily the houses infront are still under construction so we didn't get in anyone's way.

Close to Cornwall Park but probably will stay elsewhere next time

Individual heaters worked well in each room. The laundry machines were useful.

There was construction in front of the house and the driveway was all gravel making it hard to park. Ants showed up in the bathroom with the washing machine the second day as well as the kitchen.

Great apartment for a stay in Auckland

Easy instructions to get in, very clean and very well furnished. Was an excellent stay and my family of 5 was very comfortable. The bathrooms have heated floors and everything is well furnished and updated. Excellent place to stay and a great host. 3 br on upper floor and 1 on the lower floor and a nice patio that we didn't use. Highly recommend.

Construction in front of the property makes it difficult to park your car. Hopefully that's temporary. The property is excellent for a family.

Pleasant

Lovely home, good sized bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. Nice decor. 6 year old took photos of everything because he loved the house!

No information about appliances, rubbish disposal, things of interest in the area. No dustpan and brush or broom. No oven tray, dish brush for doing dishes, no cloth for wiping bench. Small things, but irritating.

Location was good. Nice and close to shops and supermarkets. No traffic noise in a quiet area.

Limited cleaning and toilet products, tea and coffee etc. Were not told until travelling that front of section was a building site and that access to accommodation was limited due to construction.

Had 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a separate toilet downstairs.

The access to the property was a NIGHTMARE There was significant building works being carried out at the front and the access to the property was blocked by Iron rods and building material. Very UNSAFE for anyone and kids especially. This was NOT mentioned on the advert and I got to know this only when I got to the property. The host was “ Sorry” but really didn’t do much. She refused us to stay another extra night as our flights got cancelled and the property was vacant. I was also concerned that the host was visiting the property regularly while we were Renting it and moving bins etc… that was creepy! I would NOT recommend this fir anyone for kids!!! It’s very dangerous, definitely a health and safety hazard!!!!

Good location, clean comfy house that was good value for money

Location was good, beds comfy, very nice and clean.

House being built in front made it awkward getting in and out of driveway. Timber offcuts left on driveway I had to navigate avoiding which wasn't ideal.

Family time

We loved all the space, the outside area was great for us, chilling with a wine in the evening. Having 4 bedrooms meant we all had our own space to retire to at the end of busy days. The kitchen was really well equipped with all we needed. It was so private and we felt really safe here, we loved our stay.

Could do with a couple of blankets in the lounge, we have different body temperatures so a blanket would have been really great, but didn't ruin our stay at all just a little side note for the owners 🥰

We were on a construction site with 2 units being built next to it making very poor access with uneven ground and rubble and building materials around the drive.

Stay was comfortable but owners behaviour ruined the experience.

The property was good.

The owner was very rude. We made a mistake in booking it for two consecutive periods with one day in between where we did not have a booking. For that one day they tried to eliminate booking.com and asked for $1000 in a bid to fleece. We did not want to pay that. They then tried to get $600 and then tried to get $500 which my relatives had to pay. on the last day she just came in and asked the whole group to clear out in 15 minutes. she could have told them the day before. My guests had to scramble to vacate. On the whole they displayed very disappointing behaviour.
