Close to Sylvia Park shopping centre and train station. Close to Panmure Basin walkway. Plenty of parking on the property. Security CCTV camera at the property. 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. Well equipped kitchen. High pressure shower. Key-free front door lock.
On a main road, so a bit noisy, but not an issue, really. Common areas could be a bit cleaner. Pillows are a little past their prime.

1. washing machine and dryer available 2. great shower pressure 3. comfortable mattress 4. off-street parking 5. easy check in 6. well equipped kitchen with an air fryer and a spacious modern fridge 7. the house keeper took care of the day to day tasks efficiently
1. pillows need a replacement. I used mine instead. 2. the bathroom fan seems to not be working properly. water dripped from it at the end of each shower. 3. the house its kept generally tidy but does need a deep clean once in a while, especially the skylight in the bathroom.
