Quiet room, comfortable bed, and cheap, but minimal facilities.

I had a very quiet room. Very close to multiple eateries and a supermarket.

No communal tea, coffee, or condiments. The toilet bolts were all loose, so the toilet wobbled. There were no rails in either the bathroom or the bedroom to hang your towels on. The bedroom furniture was minimal; it would have been helpful to have a chair and desk or table, perhaps hooks and/or rails and shelves. There was only a thin duvet on the bed and no spare blankets for a cold night. No breakfast provided. No staff were fluent in English. I found an iPad on their driveway, and no staff had any idea what to do with it. (I managed after a lot of effort to track down its owner and returned it.)

The separate beds for children were useful The location was great.

It was not very clean in the communal areas. There is no hand basin in the bathroom, so nowhere to wash hands and brush teeth. The beds were very uncomfortable and only had a sheet and duvet. It was too hot to use the duvet but too cold for no top sheet.

We left the accomodation immediately after having seen the room. The room was covered in black mold in every corner of the ceiling. You could smell it in the air and feel it in your throat. Not only disguting, but unsafe!

The bedrooms were freezing as there was no heating in them and the duvet was so thin it was a waste of space. We ended up sleeping fully clothed just to stay warm in bed. Also a bedside light would be helpful. The accommodation is on a main busy highway so there's traffic noise day and night.

Quick stay is fine if you bring your own heater.

Cheap, location in the city, cooking facilities is there and free to use. There is free towel to use.

Smelly room (mouldy smell) and toilet (shared bathroom and some of them smoke in the toilet🤦‍♀️). It’s winter, and there’s no heater in the room/house at all. You can’t even dry your towel. We didn’t received the passkey to the door before we arrived. And we got in our room, it’s so small that after you put the luggage it’s difficult to open the door lol. And they prepare only one towel for two person??? Overall, the one star is for the price, another star is for the location. For the room itself, it’s the worst accommodation to me in this trip to New Zealand.

Overall, it was nice. The bed was comfortable and clean. You will feel safe because the door has smart lock capability. You need a PIN to access the house. The property owner will give the PIN upon successful booking. Highly recommended because apart from photos being accurate, the owner (even though non-English speaker), was communicating with us and understanding and extended help when needed.

Well, understandable that the property is old, so expect no 5-star facility. It was still very good considering the structure was old, but the house is still very good even for 1 day or longer days of stay.

Budget room in Mount Wellington not central auckland

Ideal budget room. Nice sitting room facilities. Basic room. Hosts were very kind and let us leave our big bags in the sitting room when we went off exploring after checkout before our flight home.

Not central Auckland at all. In Mount Wellington be aware before you book. We spent a huge amount of time and money on trains and taxis getting in and out of Auckland cbd. Train was $6 each way and taxi was $55 each time. Room had daddylongleg spiders breeding and some ants feeding on the leaves on the window. Bathroom had some drops of blood on floor but again for budget accomodation we were not expecting much.

Very good

Came up for a concert so even though it wasn't close to the venue I chose it for the location being close to my grandma's house and close to Sylvia park. There's also a shopping centre 2 minute walk away which was great and easy to get to public transport. It's on a bus route and there's a bus and train station at Sylvia park which was about a 10-15 minute walk away. Also it was nice and peaceful, even though the rooms were fully booked it was quiet and you hardly even notice that there's other people there

Just don't expect it to be too fancy, it's an old house but we didn't have any complaints

wouldn’t recommend

Beds were uncomfortable and creaky. one bedspread had what looked like mould or something similar looking on it. appears that the family lives out the back/in the house, didn’t see that mentioned in the listing. Bathroom was very grungy and there was public hair on the toilet seat.

Assez bien équipé, Literie propre, fourniture des serviettes.

L'emplacement est bruyant au bord d'une route très roulée. Ce n'est pas la maison indiquée sur l'annonce mais celle d'à côté (161) avec un parking un peu petit. Ça sent le vieux dès qu'on rentre et en effet tout est vieillot; propre dans l'ensemble mais il ne faut pas trop regarder en détail. Literie pas très confortable, et les chaises non plus. Il n'y a rien pour faire sécher ses serviettes dans sa chambre, pas de placard, de penderie même pas un cintre. De plus tout est bruyant, les portes frottent ou grincent, la vaisselle est en grès et le dessus de table en verre. Dur d'être discret pour nos voisins!

가성비만 생각하면 괜찮습니다. 오클에서 상당히 저렴한 편에 속하고 방이 생각보다 컸어요. 하이웨이 바로 옆이라 접근성은 너무 좋지만 차 소리가 엄청 시끄러워서 잠귀 밝은 사람은 힘들듯. 전 잠귀가 밝은 편은 아닌데도 통행량이 늘어나는 6시반쯤이면 차 다니는 소리때문에 아주 규칙적으로 기상했어요. 주차장은 넓어서 주차하기 편했어요. 스태프들도 친절했습니다만, 집 연식이 오래된 편이기도 하고 관리가 엄청 잘되어 있는건 아니었어요. 일단 벌레나 곤충 싫어하시는 분들에겐 많이 힘들수 있어요. 방에 거미 5,6마리가 진을 치고 있어서 청소 요청해서 제거했으나, 다음날 바로 3마리가 다시 거미줄을 쳤어요. 화장실에도 거미가 너무 많았고, 전반적으로 곰팡이 냄새가 슬슬 올라옵니다 ,, 특히나 불편했던 점은 공용 화장실인데, 화장실이 샤워실 안쪽에 있어서 누가 샤워하면 한참을 기다려야 합니다.
