    Everything was as described. I so appreciated that they had a blow dryer, small ironing board and iron. I also appreciated that the water came out cold. The only thing is that they do not have a lift. Other than that I highly recommend this place.

    Never used a smart hotel before, but staff were very helpful. Allowed me to store my suitcase after checking out and provided breakfast bags for those of us who had check out very early. Very thoughtful and comfortable. Thank you very much!

    The room we actually stayed in was completely different from the one we booked. The hotel said that the room we booked would cost an extra £200 per night. I have all the booking records and evidence, but the hotel refused to accept any responsibility and said it was the platform’s fault. In short, what you see is completely different from what you actually get. I would strongly advise people to avoid this place.
