    Hotel unmanned but made no difference to us, number to call if any problems and they are very responsive. Hotel in fab location with reasonably priced car parks in close proximity. Hotel clean spacious , well decorated, modern and very functional. Odd bump and bang on decor)furniture but shows it is used. Desk, chair, lamp and free wi-fi if you need to work. Massive TV, wardrobe space for clothing. Bedding and towels great quality. Bed comfortable, tea & coffee facilities, soap and shower gel in room. Fan if hot and hairdryer a nice touch. Shower huge and very modern. Modern lighting throughout. We was on front of hotel (room 5) and area is very lively/noisy all night with people and traffic off the high st, It did not bother us in the slightest but seen others have complained. ..... Hotel is in a very historical conservation area of Boston so it can't have double glazed windows on the front .... get over it or ask for a room at back, the sash windows were lovely and there a big radiator if it's a chilly/cold night. We wouldnt hesitate in booking again and the continental complimentary breakfast was delightful ... Thoroughly enjoyed everything about it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    Hotel was clean and great value. Buffet breakfast was a good start to my day exploring Boston. Road noise was loud but didn’t keep me awake. Could have done with instructions for heater and whatever those 2 remotes with the colours circle on were for. (Lights maybe) Will definitely try some of your other stays.

    It was nice and modern and clean, the bathroom was great. However I had a studio and the kitchenette was lacking basics, like a saucepan (I had to buy one myself), tea towel and sponge for washing up, oil salt pepper etc, dinner plates, and the kettle was one of those tiny travel ones which took forever to boil. Also there was a dirty cup and spoon in the sink when I arrived.
