Was conveniently located and well equipped

Perfect location for where we needed to be, mini market straight opposite, nice quiet street too

Got a bit too warm, wasn’t sure how to turn the heating down

Absolutely luxurious, beautiful room. Has everything you could ask for. Spotlessly clean, Brilliant white bedding and towels, Tea and coffee, kettle, Microwave, fridge, toaster . Iron, ironing board, fan, Smart TV. But you have too use your own home passwords too log in. Couldnt fault this room, and the price was very good. Two double beds in the room. Location was exactly where we needed too be. And a bonus the owner let us book as soon as we arrived instead of allocated time.

We only stayed 1 night (4 people = £90), but were disappointed with the extra Hidden fees. We travelled with a small dog. The booking stated pets allowed - no extra charges, but this was not true. Before our stay I received an email saying the door code could not be given unless we paid a refundable £50 damage deposit first. I followed email link to add my card details, but was instead I was charged a non-refundable £50 for the dog instead of a refundable deposit. At the property the shower leaked and the bathroom floor was very slippery and a little dangerous. The stairs into the property were also very steep and narrow and not for everyone.

The venue was easy to find and the location is close to the main town centre which gave easy access to shops and restaurants. The size of the room was very impressive, the decor was stylish and modern and the bed was very comfortable. It was a great addition to include items usually needed by guests like tea, coffee, cups, iron, hairdryer, kettle, microwave, fan etc.

These are just some small suggestions that could enhance the positive experience even more. Adding teaspoons for the cups, having easier access to plugs on the main table for those who may work from a laptop. Perhaps also adding a shelf to put toiletries near the bathroom sink area. During my stay, the tv wasn't working so perhaps a guide on how to operate the tv or checking it works before the new guest arrives? The shower water drainage was also a bit slow, so you had to be careful how you used the water to avoid spillage to the bathroom floor. So perhaps the shower drainage should be checked.

Room was large, clean and comfortable. Had good amenities and for a very good price. Is right in the town center and thought this would mean it would be noisy. There was a little noise but only until about half 9 (sat night) and then it was quiet. Have not scored the staff because didn't need to contact them about anything during our stay and it is a code entrance. However in the lead up to the stay they were helpful. Would stay again

The only thing is that the rooms are very warm in the summer, however I had read this in the reviews so bought our own fans.

Extremely well presented. Very Clean pure White Bed Linen & Plenty of Pure White Cotton Towels. Very Large spacious Room & Huge Bathroom. The Beds were Extremely comfortable. It's the extra touches that help Hairdryer Toaster Kettle Iron & Board Fridge. Shower Gel & Handwash Chinaware & Cutlery Complimentary Tea Coffee Sugar for a Cuppa on arrival. Although in the Town it was extremely quite in the evening Even with all the windows open. Parking was a Very reasonable £4 for 24hrs A very enjoyable stay and will definitely use again Thank you

Only downfall was the stairs but it was only for a couple of nites so it's not too bad. Bit difficult to find as Redlion postboxes on the wall a little misleading, Nothing Major
