Perfect for accessing an event at the Gliderdrome
they provided free 'complimentary' breakfast which was a brilliant surprise. the whole building was very clean and nicely decorated with light & bright colours and vulux roof windows to let light in an otherwise very dark area
there were no lifts so a bit of a hike with luggage up to the top floor. The light in the shower was fixed so couldnt change it from an awful green. couldn't work the wall heater so it came on in the night and made us too hot.

A comedy of errors for our stay - avoid at all costs

The online check-in link we were sent before arriving didn’t work, we couldn’t access the property because we didn’t have a UK mobile to receive the PIN, the breakfast room was locked XMAS day so we went hungry, there’s no phone at reception where you could phone someone, when we did get access to the breakfast room the following day, there was no working power (an electrician had to be contacted), the building had a terrible mouldy and musty smell. We would never recommend anyone to stay here.

Great position not far from spoons pub and many eating places, clean and well appointed

Bed not overly comfy There was a strange odour in all hallways (smelled like sewer) and particularly bad near after hours entry. It was really off putting having no staff present. The decor was a little glitzy

Ideal location for the centre of Boston, lovely clean and well presented room. Appreciated the complimentary continental breakfast.
There were no staff in the building, but we had no issues so this was not a problem

Perfect hotel with great grab and go breakfast, perfect for work stays.
Great clean spacious warm rooms.
Noisy taxi/delivery driver playing loud music at 5.30 in the morning. Absolutely no reflection on hotel and obviously out of their control. But like this hotel soo much stayed the following night too. And will make it my go to in Boston. 👍👍
