Enjoyed our stay and our room was lovely.
Excellent central location. The breakfast was good.
Reception staff (?manager) very friendly and efficient but I felt staff need direction to be more efficient in their roles. Examples: breakfast waiting staff need to take orders and serve coffee before clearing tables when there are lots of empty tables. Similarly , bar staff need to do the same. Communal toilets/areas require intensive clean.

Very comfortable Hotel
The room was excellent and very clean. Staff were very friendly. We ate at the restaurant and enjoyed our meal immensely.
Perhaps the next upgrade could be smart TV's.
