Really warm welcome. The room was lovely but top floor without a lift. We are elderly so struggled with stairs.

Very helpful staff nice vegan breakfast but could do with more veagan options for dinner menu old hotel that could do with an update in certain areas but lovely hotel to stay in would recommend

Hotel in centre of Boston on busy road with construction behind hotel. Wetherspoons “The Moon under Water” opposite and comparing the menu at hotel they offer greater choice and best value but like all spoons quite a mixed clientele ! Boston is full of history linking it to Boston Massachusetts USA and the Mayflower ship and pilgrims trying to escape being persecution in Briton. Hotel rooms quite small and bathrooms tiny unable to close door when on the WC! Staff are so pleasant and obliging. But stairways and carpeting in hallways are pretty dirty and poor standard. Bed was clean and comfy though windows in room on 2nd floor just about to fall out ! Nightmare trying to find access to free car park at rear of hotel. Turned in west street and left Into Lawrence lane one car park on right or follow around to 2nd right after hotel rear entrance much more space. Not an area you would want to walk around at night!
