Overall a good stay again, just a couple little bits to iron out to make it a great stay again

Liked the towel rail (something the executive site lacks), everything mostly clean

Shower heads required cleaning, might benefit from descaler and scrubbing? Not sure it the work was going on in the hotel, but hammering and drilling continued late into the evening which was a little disturbing. Out of your control is the general outside noise which is the worst its been during any of our stays.

The room was large with a very comfortable bed and the bathroom was very good except for the small wash basin. The room was kept warm and the building was very quiet and well lit.

The hotel was not easily found tucked away in Church Close when finding it for the first time. There were no staff members to ask about the breakfast room which was not mentioned in the booking.

Really visually pleasing, comfortable, minimal staff (I saw none) and yet obvious reminders of how to reach out to them, the aspect of peace aswell as the reassurance that there is always someone to rely on was pretty great

Wonderfull place to stay, pure opulance with the decor, plus right outside the Church.

Everthing about this place was spotless and exceeded our expectations. A little confusion when we checked in, mainly due to I failed to download the information to enter the the correct key code. This was very quickly rectified by a member of staff.

Nothing to complain about. Just remember parking outside of the hotel is 'Pay & Stay' a days stay only costs £4.00 for 24 Hrs. The only 'down side' is the local Weatherspoons. Very good if you like people watching, we walked in, tried to find a place to sit, tried three different levels only to be confronted by mostly some very strange people!! My wife and I actualy had a very nice supper at the local KFC which was a five mins walk.

Beautifully finished and the self service nature of the place was much easier than I had expected having read the reviews.

Beautifully located and visually stunning from the outside but lacking some comfort and personal touch once inside.

Beautiful from the outside and in the oldest part of Boston. The room was very clean.

Terribly uncomfortable bed Felt the decor was too chintzy which didn’t really suit such a spectacular old property No staff on site. All done remotely and unpleasant piped radio music in public areas.

A slightly odd experience

The room was very spacious and bed comfy. The shower was strong and warmed up quick. I had a lovely view of the church from my window. Most of the decor choices were luxe but almost feels like the hotel was designed by two people. The crisp white bedding, wooden features and high end bathroom was at odds with the tacky coloured lighting and animal themed shower panel. The corridors and main staircase felt like I was in Dracula's castle.

As a female solo traveller it was very disconcerting to be in a hotel with no reception staff, which I didn't know about before and might have changed my mind. The hotel felt empty, half the wings weren't finished and if there was a problem you feel there is nowhere to go. For example my TV channels (non terrestrial e..g netflix) wasn't woking but there was no point in raising it if noone was around. I also couldn't leave my suitcase with anyone as no option meaning I had to cart my suitcase 30 mins out of town and back (I usually leave at the hotel after check out). The road my room was on also seemed to be frequented by teenagers playing heavy bass music in their cars which went on to at least 10.30 on a Monday, meaning I couldn't sleep until later than I wanted.

Fantastic stay, great room and location

Fantastic location, exceptionally clean comfortable room. Opulent feel in a grand building. Unexpected complimentary breakfast. It’s not a staffed reception but we did see two staff members who were friendly. Car parking is £4 for 24 hours right outside. Bathroom / wet room was great with complimentary shower gel/ shampoo and a hairdryer in the room. Lots of tea, coffee, milk etc which was replenished on the 2nd day. Nice big tv and very comfy bed.. large fan in the room too. We would definitely stay here again

Great modern hotel with impressive decor but the shower leaked and it was noisy at night.

Beautiful decor, great view of the Stump. Handy location for the town centre. Great choice of breakfast items.

The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor and, if we didn’t put towels down, through to the bedroom floor. Also the bottom knob didn’t work to switch it to the shower head rather than the rainfall shower which might have leaked less. There was black mould in the grouting. It was also very noisy at night with large groups of people gathering outside.

Absolutely shocked at the amount of what looked like refugees all sitting outside in the square , they were noisy , it was very warm so we had the windows open so could hear shouting , unfortunately it was just a couple of guys that were ruining such a stunning little town centre,, not the hotels fault it was 10/10 would not prevent me from returning,

Having never stayed in a hotel of this type (no reception/seating area for breakfast) it was a little strange. Breakfast facilities in a small room on a help yourself basis with only 2 seats! Not really suitable for a short stay break but prob suitable for business stay n go. Missed that personable touch.

Nice decor but lacks comfort

Beautiful decor and very impressive entrance

Room far too hot (remained at 28 degrees throughout our stay) with no ventilation and a less than useless fan provided. The room needs air conditioning. No milk provided on tea tray in room so we couldn't have a decent hot drink and with there being no physical reception, there was no-one to ask.

Lack of staff / no staff, did not see any staff in my entire stay. Had trouble accessing directions to get breakfast, did not bother in the end and got something in excellent cafe next door. Shame there were no staff around.
