Disappointing

Nothing, as the colleague stayed in a hotel at the end.

Unfortunately, a colleague was traveling for whom I had made the reservation. He arrived later than expected, and I hadn’t seen the message with the check-in details because I hadn’t logged into the app, and I also didn’t receive a push notification. As a result, although my colleague had the host’s phone number, the host did not answer when he called. Тhe colleague was unable to check in and went to a hotel instead and he preferred to stay there. We were not offered even a partial refund due to this misunderstanding. The explanation was that it was late and they had gone to sleep.

Be careful with maintenance, especially in the kitchen: the door handle won't stay in place, the hood cover may fall off, the refrigerator needs to be defrosted, etc. In the living room, there's an exposed electrical outlet (dangerous for children).

Good stop over while travelling.

It was spacious and had what we needed.

Finding the front door was a little tricky since the building marking was not clear. The toilet stopped working during our stay and the host didn't respond for assistance. There is a tram that runs outside the building that may not be too great for light sleepers.

Le 1er jour et le dernier jour : LA CERISE SUR LE GATEAU ,NOUS NOUS SOMMES FAIT APOSTROPHER ET INSULTER PARCE QUE DEVANT LA PORTE D'ENTRÉE TRAINAIENT DES MONCEAUX DE POUBELLES ÉVENTRÉES !! l'appartement du 2eme étage n'est accessible que par des escaliers très abrupts et très dangereux pour les personnes plus âgées ,est situé au dessus des rails du tram ,les murs tremblent toute la journée à chaque passage jusqu'à tard dans la nuit ! la salle de bain dont le sol n'inspire pas confiance ,tellement il grince ,est sale et la douche n'évacue quasiment pas l'eau ! La seule chose positive c'est que ce lieu est assez grand ! la cuisine est équipée de produits de mauvaise qualité et le robinet gicle dans tous les sens, l'interrupteur fonctionne quand il veut ! Dans la chambre à coucher impossible d'ouvrir le rideau et les ampoules sont presque toutes défectueuses ! En passant devant l'appartement du 1er étage ,pendant notre séjour ,nous avons tous les jours enjambés des bouteilles d'alcool vides ! C'est scandaleux et ça ne m'était jamais arrivés dans toutes ces années de location chez Booking Ça ne vaut pas le PRIX PROHIBITIF DEMANDÉ ET JE SOUHAITE UN REMBOURSEMENT SUBSTANTIEL

Schlüsselübergabe war dank des Key Safes sehr flexibel, jedoch in der Dunkelheit wegen Lichtreflexionen nicht einfach, die Zahlenkombination einzugeben. Gut gelegen mit guter Verkehrsanbindung. Sehr geräumiges Appartment. Bequemes großes Bett mit angenehmen Kissen.

Recht abgewohnt (Badezimmer-Möbel, Schlafzimmer-Kommode und Küche alt und abgewetzt). TV: Nur ans Internet angebunden, Gast muss Streaming-Dienst-Abo besitzen; leider hatte der Gastgeber keine richtige Hilfestellung geben können. D.h. Nachrichten mussten über Smartphone geschaut werden. Handtücher waren sauber, rochen aber etwas unangenehm, wenn sie nass/benutzt wurden.

Ubicación buena pero muy mal el apartamento en limpieza y menaje de cocina

El anfitrión era amable

Estaba sucio. No tenía maneje de cocina..comimos en platos y vasos de papel. Olía muy mal a tabaco aunque abriéramos las ventanas el olor no se iba. El WC no funcionaba bien.

Otroligt slitet, trasigt, lyhört (svårt att sova med ljud från granne och spårvagn precis utanför fönstret) och riktigt äckligt med massor av smuts. Svamparna som man diskade med i köket var smutsiga och gamla. Disken smutsig. Svartmögel i badrummet. Trasig duschdörr som flera påpekat tidigare och värd lovat att fixa. Strykjärnet fungerade mycket dåligt. Sängen mycket hård och oskön med frottélakan så ingen ventilation.

La pulizia. Ho una decina di foto che documentano lo sporco del divano letto sul quale ho dormito io per non farci dormire i miei figli. Sporco il pavimento. Termosifone non funzionante in camera, ok nelle altre stanze. totalmente assente il titolare. Chiamato oltre 10 volte la sera dell'arrivo per un problema ad entrare, non ha mai risposto. La mattina successiva un ridicolo messaggio WhatsApp nel quale si scusava per non aver risposto. Noi nel frattempo con due bambini siamo rimasti di notte 2 ore per strada prima di riuscire ad entrare. Entrati... Non troviamo le lenzuola per il divano letto... Più volte specificato che eravamo in 4. Dopo molto mia moglie le trova in un vano interno del divano... Peccato fossero quasi bagnate!
