Cliff Lane Annexe: stylish in a perfect location.

Brilliant location and the annexe was very clean and was well equipped in the kitchen with ample supplies of coffee and tea. A nice outdoor space and the hosts were very friendly.

The tv was a bit small and could be updated.

The property was lovely, clean and modern. It had everything you need and more. The owners looked after us very well and communicated perfectly.

The room was small but so well apportioned it didn't feel at all cramped. The furniture and fittings were of high quality and very tasteful. The room was very well lit. The information pack was very complete giving all the information that was required. We enjoyed the welcome pack thanks most useful. The Annexe was near to town and all the other other amenities. It was great to be able to just walk along the lane and be on the cliff path looking over Cromer and the sea. It was very quiet and the bed was roomy and very comfortable.

The underfloor heating could be set to allow it to be a bit warmer as the weather was colder than normal. There is very little that is negative to say about the Cliffe Lane Annexe.

Excellent location to town beach etc good parking every conceivable extra well thought out overall you would be hard pressed to find a nicer spot and quiet! For couples only regards the space !

Outside furniture would benefit from an upgrade what is provided is solid and durable which I totally get but slight case of nitpicking but overall superb
