Absolutely amazing house and location- loved it!

The location was amazing- properly central and right by the beach. Lots of space (says sleeps 6 but definitely could sleep 7) and very comfortable and clean. Sofa was super comfy too- great for relaxing after the beach! There was a very generous treat hamper waiting for us and everything you could need in the kitchen! Great communication from the hosts. We had an amazing time! Definitely recommend!

This is not something the hosts have any control over but just to be aware that there is a pub very nearby so lots of loud drunk people Friday and Saturday night. I had the back room so it was fine and my friends at the front are deep sleepers so they were fine but if you were a light sleeper at the front of the house it could be a bit annoying.

This is the second time we stayed at Melrose. A lovely cottage in Cromer, well equipped, clean and tidy with everything you might need. Great location!

Great Cottage, fantastic hosts and can't wait to go back again

Fantastic location, great Cottage and had absolutely everything needed within it. Log fire was great and logs provided to get us started was an added bonus. Welcome pack was a lovely thought.

Cosy Christmas holiday

The cottage was warm, cosy and lovely decorated for Christmas 🤶 Very convenient location and one of the nicest places I've stayed in, in cromer. A very thoughtfull surprise of a hamper was there when we arrived 😍 Been coming here for nearly every year for 47 years... Very enjoyable and would highly recommend

It was very cosy and beautifully styled. I loved the log burner and great to get a whole basket of logs. couldn’t fault it and would highly recommend. Excellent communication from the owners too and a very generous welcome basket! perfect location.

Great Location, great way to see Cromer

Wonderful Location, you can even see the sea from the bedroom window. Lovely bakery and restaurants all nearby. Host had great communication and also left us a lovely welcome pack.

Would have liked a small fenced off garden as we took the dog, but as it was so close to the beach we use to go for a lovely stroll early every morning. So the location made up for this. Also you cannot park right near the property due to its location but we did find a space on a local residential road so we didn't need to pay for a carpark.

Perfect location with everything we needed.

Perfect location. The house had everything we needed. The hosts had left a welcome pack which was much appreciated. The beds were lovely and comfy and the bedding and towels were freshly laundered. A well equipped kitchen. Really glad we chose this place!
