A good value for money break which enabled us to investigate that part of Norfolk.

The site was very clean and quiet considering it was off the main road. The chalet was equipped with everything you would need for a short stay.

The steps at the front of the chalet need a handrail. The chalet is at the top of a rise and the details should point this out for people with health issues.

Fantastic chalet, perfect for a family holiday in Cromer!

The property was in a great location for walking into Cromer. Close enough for the kids to walk, far enough to kid yourself you walked off dessert. It has been refurbished recently, was spotlessly clean and everything worked. Despite the compact appearance, it was spacious enough for a family getaway.

To pick out a negative about this chalet would be unfair, but to try and be conductive...my only comment would be that the bathroom mirror appears lose and I'd prefer my own settee. But they are minor comments that definitely would NOT stop me using the chalet again.

Lovely, relaxing holiday

The chalet is in a lovely position at the back of the chalet park, near the woods. Every night we heard a couple of tawny owls in the woods and the bats would circle round our heads in front of the chalet, which was amazing to watch. We walked through the gate at the back of the park, through Warren Woods and then the cliff top path into Cromer town centre every day, which was lovely. The chalet is fully equipped with everything you could need. I appreciated the tea, coffee and milk sachets as there isn't a shop nearby. Leaflets of local attractions and a reference folder with all the appliance instructions were provided as well as board games for children. We would definitely come again as there is so much to do and see in the local area and the chalet was modern, clean and comfortable. I would recommend this chalet.

Lovely chalet & location. Chalet just needs a few small extras.

Great location for some lovely walks, Cromer is a lovely town. Been there numerous times and will return to Cromer.

Double bed to small & uncomfortable, one of the bathroom windows would not unlock, Emailed Sky Holiday Cottages, AND HAD NO REPLY, regarding that we found, broken outside beach on arrival, we believe a Bees nest is within the building, bees going into hole in right hand corner lower trim, & the hot water immertion heat maybe faulty as when on you can hear the water boiling & Very hot from the tap.

This chalet was charming & well-equipped and provided everything we needed for a 2 night break. The site was very peaceful when we stayed - which was outside school holiday time - and the grounds appeared well maintained. As others have noted, the park has a retro appeal which felt like stepping back into the 1970s, though in a good way, evoking memories of childhood holidays of a bygone era.

This was not a problem for us - but other guests with heavy luggage or mobility issues might need to be aware there is a shortish walk across a grassed area from the car park to reach the chalet

Our stay was lovely, we had a fantastic time. The very few problems didn't damage our enjoyment.

The Chalet was beautiful and comfortable, especially considering the very reasonable price. The Induction hob was fantastic, and boiled water in just a couple of minutes. The list of local take-away places was very helpful, as we arrived late at night and were very hungry.

The Chalet wasn't particularly well ventilated. Windows could be opened but doing so let bugs in, so after a day out in fairly warm weather we often came back to find it was even more warm and humid inside which made cooling of quite difficult. It wasn't easily wheelchair accessible but this is something to be expected in a fairly rural chalet park, so I can't really complain too much.

Lovely quiet chalet, relaxing break away

Very cean, well equipped, comfortable, lovely quiet location. Felt like living in a time warp!

Hadn't realised parking wasn't right next to the chalet and the little walk with luggage was a bit challenging for ladies with mobility issues, but nothing we couldn't overcome!

All good but a few things could be added for extra convenience such as: basic condiments, a chopping knife (non serrated), a foldable high chair, a fan (it can get hot because of the large windows).

Mattress in single bedded room not v comfortable too bendy in middle so cant sleep properly, double mattress was firm and ok.

A super relaxing holiday.

It was lovely and quiet but neighbours were friendly. The coastal path was very close and the whole site was surrounded by mature trees.

The double bed was a bit small but apart from that, everything was good.
