The chalet was comfortable & clean & not too far from Cromer.

From the outside we thought the chalet looked slightly old fashioned. However we were pleasantly surprised when we got inside. It was very modern & cosy. We were left some goodies & milk on arrival which was very welcoming.

Wonderful holiday in Cromer, we hope to visit again in the future.

Beautiful chalet, Lisa has thought of everything you could need to have a lovely stay. Location was perfect for us with our dog, park right next door and a lovely walk to the pier/town. Nice peaceful holiday on a lovely quiet chalet park.

Excellent location, cleaned, definitively overpriced including the electricity.

Location is really good with a short walk to the town centre through a little park and/or along the coast. Check-in process and precise instructions.

Overpriced for the type of accomodation. Electricity meter needs to be topped quickly with 1 gbp coins considering that everything is electric including shower and heating. Check-out time would be better a bit later.

It wasn't as good as last time there was Ants crawling on the kichen worktops also the furniture was looking a bit grubby , stains and oven no temperature markings and timer not working and shower head filthy.

ANTS, everywhere, horrible.

Location. A beautiful walk to the sea front.

Overpriced . Small, not enough room for 4 adults at all. ANTS all over the worktop, floor, bench, horrible. You couldn't sit on a chair/sofa without an ant walking over you. Poor instructions/directions to the car park. Maybe a numbering system for car parks would be good No staff on site at any time.

Good

Compact, comfortable accommodation reasonably well equipped and tidy with an elevated view of the site. We enjoyed the pleasant short walk into Cromer. From the site, there are steep steps to the beach suitable only for those who are able bodied and fleet of foot, but the beach is a gem and worth the hike. And don’t forget to look out for the ‘Banksy’.

Let down by stains on the chairs and a kettle that needs a good descaling. Some people may find the limited space around the bed a challenge.

Well located, clean accommodation.

Kitchen had everything in it you could have wanted if eating in, it was a nice touch to have teabags and croissants left for us. Everywhere was neat and tidy. The accommodation was well situated for walking into Cromer

The electric shower, even on a temp of 8/9 it would run hot and then cold as if put to 2/3. I did email via Booking about this but received no response. Booking sent us the wrong PIN for key access, fortunately the owner called before our departure and I got the correct one from them - it was only after we’d spoken I noticed the difference.
