Easy to collect keys i was given pin number in advance. Beds very very good.had a great nights sleep. Great info in folders. Microwave was excellent. very very quiet and peacfull place. plenty of free toiletries and condiments provided. Everything and more than what i expected. Even provided crabbing gear if you needed it. Fantastic cliff walks. I would recommend the warren to anybody who want to visit Norfolk.

Far to many air freshners i counted 10 in the premesis .they where everywhere had to open door and windows to get fresh air into the rooms. Cooker very outdated needs renewing.

Holiday full of exploring and relaxing

The chalet was in the perfect location, close to Cromer beach, lovely woodland and light house walks nearby. The chalet was quiet and peaceful, making our holiday relaxing.

Maybe some extra toilet roll somewhere, we did run out and couldn’t find any.

Peaceful location, comfortable accommodation, lots to do in the area.

Clean, comfortable, had everything we needed and some nice extra treats. Staff were very helpful and dealt very quickly with a slight problem we had. Extremely quiet location, no noise from ‘neighbours’. Nicely landscaped site.

The only thing we didn’t like was that on the OS map, the chalet park looks as if it’s close to the beach, in fact, it’s at the top of a cliff and there was a very steep path down to the beach. But that really was the only thing!

Quiet location and clean chalet

Quiet chalet site and well maintained. Good parking available. Easy access to Cromer town and surrounding area. Near a quiet part of Cromer beach via path and steps. Good hot water heater and easy to add credit to meter. Useful manual with details of things to do in area. Property although very dated (as described on advert), was clean and communication with host very excellent.

Property could benefit from upgrades to kitchen and replacement of some accessories in bathroom. Bed linen not good quality (well used poly/cotton) and single bed which one of us used was not very comfortable. A few extra items for kitchen would be helpful- lidded type box for fridge storage, decent cutting knives - (but we brought our own). Very slow boil kettle and very slow hob (we didn't use the oven).

Family stay with 3 kids and a dog

Dog friendly and very helpful guide for taking dogs out in the local area, things to do etc. Clean and very considerate with food etc in the cupboard you can use and replace, some games for the kids, dog stuff, toiletries, tea, coffee etc. Bed was comfortable. Lots of information to help you during your stay.

I was a bit anxious about the possibility of the electricity meter running out but I knew about this in advance, and we didn't run out at all, but it was reassuring there was emergency lighting in place anyway, also was very simple to top up, minimum top up amount £5. Maybe not the best for toddlers, as was a bit on edge and worried about things possibly getting broken as clearly someone's personal holiday home that they rent out.

Wonderful Chalet.

Very clean chalet. Very comfortable. chalet had everything you could possibly need for a weeks stay. Good communication with the owner. The park was quiet and enjoyed watching the birds outside the chalet. Good location for visiting the Norfolk coast. Lovely stay, had a wonderful week. Would highly recommend.

Cooker could do with being updated. The symbols had worn off, so we couldn't tell which hob went with which control dial. Had to work it out through trial and error.

the property was nice and clean and tidy, it had everything you need pots pans etc. it was very peaceful there too

Very enjoyable

The location was quiet and peaceful. The bed and settees were comfortable and the chalet was very thoughtfully furnished and equipped.

As we are elderly we would have liked something on the bathroom wall to hold onto when getting out of the shower. We only used the shower once as we were afraid of slipping. A larger bathmat would also have been ĥelpful.

Dog friendly well equipped comfortable chalet break.

Quiet location well equipped dog friendly chalet with direct access to coastal walk into Cromer.

Shower has very low pressure so flow is feeble for rinsing. Interior is quite dated in places. Didn’t see mention of coin meter for electric so had to keep an eye on electric usage and was cool first and last thing at night.

Brilliant family friendly cosy stay.

Location was perfect, not too close to the busy town but a lovely little walk along the sea front away. Very clean and cosy chalet.

A new hoover is needed, the one in the chalet does not pick anything up.

Fantastic get away hideaway

Spotlessly clean, very comfortable. Super dog friendly with the addition of treats. Everything was there to aid a really good stay from spare toiletries to bin bags! very home from home vibes. Location is perfect for walks, visits into Cromer and sheringham too. The site it is on is soo peaceful and the chalets are not too cramped on with quite a lot of space in between. Great for us as we enjoy our space. Really lovely place to stay would highly recommend and can't wait to re visit in the future.

Nothing to dislike at all here.
