Stunning and immaculate property, we will be returning.

We booked pretty last minute as we needed to visit a sick relative in the Cromer area. The host was really accommodating and communicated with us giving us peace of mind. After a 3 hour drive we arrived and the house was beautiful, it had everything you could need and it felt very homely and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and the house was immaculate. We will definitely be visiting again and plan to return later on in the year.

Family stay

Spacious comfortable house and garden with everything we required. Lovely outside seating in private garden. Perfect for families or couples.

The barbecue was completely unusable, it was dirty and rusted. Should be removed!

Excellent stay with room enough for 7 people not to feel cramped.

Easy reach for bus stops to get around. Hot Tub if required and the property had 3 showers. Large kitchen and car parking for 2/3 cars.

We Really enjoyed our stay at the cedars! Beautiful propeprty which has everything you need for a relaxing family break away. The property felt clean and safe for the children and we were able to relax in the hot tub while the children played in the garden which was is also well maintained. Overall we would highly recommend this property. Excellent location and perfect for families.

Early May BH break with family

Lovely property within a short walking distance to Cromer. Additional bathrooms were really handy. Nicely laid out garden and seating areas with hot tub. Would definitely consider staying at this property again.

Would be handy to have a second pillow on all the beds.

Nice enough but needs some tlc and provide a cot when requested.

Location was great. Property is a good size. Lots of parking. Garden area is nice. I asked for a cot - I was told on the phone there was a cot with bottom sheet to bring the other bits for my 1 year old. There was no cot when we arrived. Curtains needed on 2 small windows in front room if classed as 5th bedroom as lamp outside shines in on bed at night. Cobwebs in lights in dining room and barrooms. One en suite shower doesn’t drain. Owners were not responsive when answering questions before we stayed and didn’t call us back when they said they would to answer some simple questions.

The property was dirty The hot tub was not working The freezer needs defrosting I left several messagesfor the contact number and no response . The maintenance of the property is poor This feedback has been given before and appears to be ignored This property should come off of booking.com

Loved the location, house was fine for the four of us, plenty of space and we would definitely return!

Great property, 4 bedrooms, 2 with en-suite. 5th bedroom is actually the living room so a bit misleading but could be fine if blinds were put up at the small windows. Hot tub was great and the outside seating areas were fabulous.

Needs a bit of TLC, decoration wise, cleaning could be improved but nothing that stopped us having a great time.

It is not a 5 bedroom house even though it’s advertised as one. Elderly mother in law had to sleep on sofa with no blinds or curtains - no towels provided. No blinds downstairs so no privacy from people in the accommodation next door. Couldn’t use the freezer as needed defrosting.

Very comfortable house, roomy, loved the hot tub! In a great situation, walking distance been there beach and town. Had excellent food in different places. Very much appreciated the welcome items, wine, crisps etc.

Lack of a place to dry towels etc Would have liked plastic wine shaped glasses to use in the pool rather than beakers.

Lovely house, well equipped for a group of friends. Close to Cromer town with plenty of parking. Log burner and hot tub made us choose this accommodation over others.

Luna's first holiday

Beds were comfy, all rooms a good size, bathrooms were lovely, plenty of space for everyone at the dining table, hot tub great, only short walk from town centre, lots of walks around the area. Parking for 2-3 cars (remember another property parks here too). Loved our stay here and would definitely come back to this house again. Luna our dog enjoyed it too! There was a gull nest on the chimney of the house next door which we loved watching every day 😀

2 windows in lounge with no blinds or curtains would mean people couldn’t really sleep in there on sofa bed. Kitchen cupboards awkward to access due to large cooker hood. I was surprised that there wasn't a booklet with important phone numbers eg doctors, taxis etc, nearest chemist and pubs and restaurants and supermarkets etc plus details on how to use various things around the house. Also possibly more leaflets on things to do in the area for those that don't know Cromer and Norfolk.

relaxing, enjoyable great for couples or families

The property was beautifully set out, great space for a family. we enjoyed the log fire, the hot tub, cooking and eating in a well equipped kitchen dinner space, we liked the welcome tray of teas and coffee plus the goodies. stair gate is a great idea to keep the dog downs. location is fab very close to the coastal walk and town.

There was nothing that you could dislike. I would have liked a welcome book about local attractions, how the heating and TV worked , there is obviously some type of holiday let in progress at the back of the house it would have been good to know how the parking worked. These things can be easily put in place and did not effect our stay.
