Cromer Coastal Retreat Kings Chalet Park

Basic accommodation at a reasonable price. The chalet was clean, tidy and had everything we needed for the one night we stayed. Beds were comfy and the linen was clean and smelt fresh. Plenty of piping hot water, and shower was adequate. Communication from the office with regard to the booking was very good and the tone of the emails was very welcoming. Lots of parking on site, site is easily accessible and a good location in Cromer.

Nothing particularly major. There was no toilet paper in the chalet, ( the toilet roll holder had been ripped off the wall). Luckily we discovered this before our driver had a drink and whilst there were still shops open. It was a very hot night and although the property had many heaters, there were no fans. The chalet smelt a bit fusty , it would benefit from some airfreshners. There was a random coat hanging on coat hooks.

The chalet was near a large lawn which was great for our kids, and overall the facilities were comfortable, if basic.

My only complaints were the lack of salt in the cupboards, and that only one roll of loo paper was provided.

Great location near to Cromer. Good parking, quiet site with lovely landscaping. The chalet had a good amount of space, lovely shower. Plenty of kitchen space to prepare meals, which helps the budget. The beds were comfortable. Great value for money and a good family site.

We used the kitchen and had to go out and get washing and cleaning materials so we could keep it tidy. Great towels for the guests but a bath mat would be useful. Otherwise nothing to dislike. A great holiday.

Ample parking, had most of the basics. Location good for driving into Cromer and seeing the area.

No lighting to walk from carpark to room and pathways very narrow. feels very very budget, 1 toilet roll, empty washing up liquid bottle, bulb missing from bedside light. Almost no plugs for anything electrical, NOTE: you have to pay for electric separately of cost (approximately £5/day) goes down quickly if you have the electric heating on. Felt ok if you are 5ft tall but things start getting small if you are taller (I am 6ft1)., Advertised fridge freezer but fridge with ice box only and TV did not have any signal for digital channels and is 32inch and does not rotate round to view it from one of the settees.
