I had a pleasant stay as the location suited my purpose and I made friends with the other guests

The kitchen was well-equipped, clean and spacious

I didn't like sharing a bathroom but the room with the en suite facility was already taken when I booked

Easy to access with clear instructions. I like the idea of the communal kitchen, but separate secure rooms.

Just being picky…I found the parking a little tight. However I have a long car.

Extra steps and handrail for us oldies to assist with getting luggage etc to thr front door. Door codes worked well.

Comfortable stay

Nice comfortable room. Lovely shower, Has great presser. The kitchen has everything you need. Microwave and gas cook top, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, jug, toster. Pots, cutlery etc Off street parking. Cctv out the front. Was close to the event we were attending at porritt Stadium, just a 2-minute walk.

Perfect pit stop stay

The room was clean and spacious. The bed was huge and very comfy. Great location and good value for money.

There was a musty smell but not overpowering. The bathroom was quite basic but fine for what we needed.

Great set up, really new and clean, tidy rooms. Keyless entry system worked well. Parking on site. Easy to find. Quiet street, good location. Loved the air con in the rooms. Shower was amazing!

The room with the private bathroom was very comfortable. I would not like to rent a room.

We were very lucky to have the private room with bathroom, and television, which was great. Other guests only had a room and had to share the toilet and shower, they had no tv.

The kitchen had no pots or pans or very little equipment to cook with. The house needed to have an evacuation plan and extinguisher/ fire blanket in the kitchen. The house had no iron or ironing board. The beds would have been better with a top sheet under the doona, it was a little warm just to have a doona. There was very little interaction with the owner and many guests had difficulty getting in contact with her, to get the house/ room code. Many guests did not have a NZ sim in their phone and couldn't get into the home, it was only that other guests helped them to contact the owner. There needs to be a person nearby to assist guests or a contact number on the wall for guests.

Good price for what you get - good location and comfortable house. Note this is only a ‘room in a holiday house’ so you will likely be sharing the house with other people.

Conveniently located in a quiet area of Chartwell with parking space inside the property that felt secured even though the gates are left opened. The rooms are also quite spacious with 2 double large beds.

La chambre est située dans une maison avec une place de parking gratuite dans un quartier résidentiel calme. Dans l'ensemble, c'était propre. Serviettes et draps fournis.

Équipements sommaires : zéro décoration dans la maison, on se croirait à l'hôpital... Il manque une passoire, des couvercles pour les casseroles, des poubelles de tri, du sel et du poivre, etc. La couette pour 2 est un peu petite. La hôte et les fenêtres étaient sales lors de notre séjour.
