Location, staff, comfortability and being able to voice my concerns and come up with solutions as they arise. Allowing me to stay for longer than anticipated.
Always clear communication, going over and above to ensure guests are okay and have all the essentials even if it's 11pm at night.
Advertised that it has a shared kitchen and washing machine but then you need to pay to use the washing machine and there is no shared kitchen just a kettle and toaster inside the cabin.
Hot water for dishes needs to be used from the bathroom as only cold water in the sink on the deck.
No heat in the bathroom.
Step into cabin now broke and I could've seriously injured myself.

Location was great close to town.
The price was a bit high but we got caught with surge pricing during Field Days. Very basic but was warm dry and clean. I would describe it as a cabin similar to that on a campground. Bathroom was shared and was adequate.

Hard to find, down a long dark dodgy looking driveway. Didn’t feel 100% safe.
