Amber was great at getting back to me to answer my questions

We found it odd sharing with other guests. Not enough mugs when all the rooms are reserved. Only 4 in the drawer but it wasn't a long wait for a cuppa!

Great room with en-suite in a good location

The house was clean and tidy, very well appointed, really close to where we were visiting.

Location and friendliness was great. The owner went out of their way to be friendly.

It didn't say anywhere in the information that this was a B and B type of arrangement where there was not a private lounge. There was also no indication in the photos. This should have been made clear. There was no TV in the bedroom. The owner was in the lounge so I didn't feel I could ask about using the TV. Also there was no top sheet on the bed and no spare pillow. It was summer and hot so hard to sleep with a duvet.

The landlord is mean，many rules needing to follow，otherwise she will phone you with a critical tone. Comparing with other hotels，I barely feel I am a customer，but a marked man. The rules including 1. You must wear slippers. 2.You must park your car in front of the door straightly. 3.You must check out at 10 am strictly，1 minute delay is forbidden. Otherwise she will call you immediately and expel you. （She will tell you the cleaner is waiting，but actually no cleaner is there，which is deceptive.） I need to share the house with her and another couple, even if we are not on the same floor. The bathroom is actually separate from the bedroom. But considering the price，this is acceptable objectively.

Beautiful home with great amenities. We brought our own food for breakfast but they left oatmeal, tea and coffee. Everything we needed to prepare our dinner and breakfast was readily available in the kitchen.

Undisclosed shared house led to a poor experience;room lacked the advertised bathtub and Wi-Fi weak

brand new house, very clean and convenient.

When we made the booking, the listing did not indicate that the room was in a share house. After check-in, we left our luggage in the living room and went out for dinner. Only when we returned and saw other tenants did we realise that another room had also been rented. This made us feel quite uncomfortable. If the listing had stated that it was a shared property, we would not have left our personal belongings in the house—especially not in the living room. Although nothing was lost, we would still appreciate it if the listing clearly mentioned that common areas are shared. In addition, the room type was advertised as a “Deluxe Double Room with Bathtub,” but our room did not have a bathtub. Could you please check whether we were assigned the correct room? Lastly, the Wi-Fi signal was not very strong. We suggest installing a Wi-Fi extender to improve connectivity.

This is a room in someones house, bathroom is not attached to the bedroom and no seperate entrance.

Room was tidy and warm. The owners respected my privacy.

Would have appreciated instructions for locking the main door when exiting the house, at one point I thought I was locked inside and couldn't get out. Parking was also a challenge as the street was very busy and parking spots were small.

We did not stay for breakfast. The location was perfect for us. We were looking for something not too far from restaurants and in a quiet area. this worked for us.

A on-suite bathroom would have been great. But, we still had our own bathroom and I would stay there again even without the on-suite.

What my friend and I didn’t realise when we booked was that we were staying in someone’s house- not in a separate unit- as the photos indicated! We think this needs to be made clear. Also it was 12 minutes away from the city and the Hamilton Gardens. This was not fairly represented.

Bedroom at the top of a flight of stairs. Bathroom was a distance away. I made my own breakfast as what was available didn't look good. Hosts absent. TV needed a password to watch it.

The location is excellent—right near State Highway 1, making it very convenient for travelers. The house is newly built, modern, and spotlessly clean. We were pleasantly surprised to find a fully automatic mahjong table in the living room—a fun and unique feature! Unfortunately, we only stayed one night and didn’t have enough people to play.

Clean and comfortable

The place was extremely clean and quiet with available car park in front of the property. The carpets were lush, soft automatic floor lighting helping to lead to way to my room and bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the portable heater helped me deal with the cold nights. Instructions were clear, prompt, and conversations were pleasant. Will definitely stay here again.

Great if you simply want a bed to sleep in. Comfortable and clean. Great wifi. Kitchen available to use - not that I did. Shower great.

Odd smell probably from cooking. Lots of cobwebs outside. I honestly thought I had the downstairs one bedroom apartment to myself. Got a shock to see was sharing with others.

We were promised a private bathroom and it wasn't, which was misleading. When we arrived there the place was in darkness and we had no choice but to go straight to the room and go to sleep. Didn't feel welcome at all and would not stay again or recommend to anyone.
