Amber was an exceptional host - friendly, thoughtful, and genuinely welcoming from the moment I booked. Communication was excellent, and she made everything effortless. The accommodation was spotless, comfortable, and very well equipped, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location is peaceful and surrounded by beautiful greenery, making it a perfect place to unwind while still being conveniently close to Hamilton. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Loved the clean warm space. Tastefully decorated. Loved the TV in my room and enjoyed the ensuite. Kitchen facilities were good and host was friendly and accommodating.

The Welcome, The clear instruction sheet in my room plus the photos of where to park and ease of getting into the home..Just a key pad with code much easier than a key.
The size of the TV and a choice of movies to watch or your own screen and TV in your room much appreciated!
It is a new subdivision so getting there not easy on an old GPS. Ambers guide was very helpful!

We were unable to access wifi in the bedroom.
TV in bedroom was only Samsung TV - non paid subscription and everything else was subscription - there was no "normal" NZ programming.
Had not been aware someone else would be onsite in the house all the time.
