Karu's home was very close to the event I was going to. He was very welcoming showed hubby and I our room the amenities and left us to enjoy our 2 day n night stay. First night was cold in Waikato the bedding (blankets)hadn't been enough so we tried to work the heat pump, that wasn't warming the room. (June weather Autumn) by night 2 I'd read the manual to heat the room up.. shopping center is close by, eats n drinks, the bedroom is equipped with tv,microwave, jug, toaster and mini fridge (essentials 👌🏾) ensuite is fantastic has your body wash, shampoo, conditioner and toilet paper with cleaning products. Cosy room,good wifi and a lovely backyard view of fruit tree's (oranges looked ready to be picked),parking on property was very good. Enjoyed our stay.
Unfortunately the towels though laundered had an odor to them (feet or B.O.)so I chose the lesser smelling towel to use. Possibly set aside household towels to guest towels. Add a duvet or mink blanket in the walk-in closet for the colder seasons.

The room provided was very nice. Clean and tidy with basic amenities like kettle, microwave, TV and a water jug. The room let in lots of natural light and is on a very quiet street.
I would recommend the owners to purchase new bath and face towels.
