Very good value for money, the guy who helped us was very nice.

The terrace was big and lots of equipment in the kitchen. Beds were comfi. And the carpet was nice for the feet 😅.

We slept next to the bathroom which you could hear if someone else was showering etc. but wasnt too bothersome :)

Honest but not negative

Convenient location. Value for cost. Pleasant people. As clean as could be.

House requires a deep clean. Carpets and surfaces are kept clean, but grout, toilet ceramic, bathroom wallpaper (to name a few) need looking at. This is NOT a complaint of the overall stay, probably a bit of a do up house, but it needs doing up. Bath towels could be more generous though, I'm a bit larger in girth and it barely covered.

Didn't have breakfast, and the location was good for what I needed to do. Very friendly/helpful person living in the house.

Everything seemed nice, but I was a bit disappointed there was no T,V, as this is my relaxation.

The hospitality from the host Max & the character of the house. We had a lovely feeling. So welcoming. It was a last minute booking due to my partners keys dropping into the boot & we were locked out of our car. Enjoyed the herbal tea. Having our room heated before we arrived was awesome. Oriental room for us it was beautiful. Just a joyful experience.

To be honest it was only the parking. But besides that I'm not fussy. Happy to have a roof over our heads & a warm room before heading back to Auckland.

Not great first impressions, just adequate.

It had good showers. And had off street parking.

My bedroom had a broken lamp, broken chair. And a very dusty material lamp. The house description was terrible. I wasn’t given any indication that there were other people in the house. When it said shared bathroom I took that to mean one bathroom between my friends and I, not some random person I had never met. My friend had 3 cockroaches in the bathroom, one ended up in the bedroom. I saw one on the kitchen bench. Also in the shower downstairs around the seal I noticed red mould. There were no toiletries as promised. The PIN code on the email was wrong, there was no one at the house when we arrived then one person at the house couldn’t speak English.

Great location and facilities Prompt communication and response to any of our questions Great shower pressure Clean and tidy, kitchen available for us to cook or reheat our own food, good size fridge to accommodate all house guests food Rented out by room so like opportunity to meet other people, Ukraine, China and NZ in this instance

Prefer off street parking but was able to find parking on street close proximity to house so not a deal breaker

Ubytování v podstatě jako bylo inzerováno. Přebralní pokoje jako self-check in. Výhoda. Velice přátelští spolubydlící, kteří jsou v ubytování delší dobu. Hlavně Max nám zpříjemňoval celý pobyt.

Na kuchyňské lince a v pokoji jsme viděli chytili švábi. Nepříjemná situace, majitelka obeznámena. Bohužel to bylo za bílého dne, tak si nemyslím, že pomůžou běžné prostředky k dostání v obchodech, ale bude potřeba zásah profesionála.
