We couldn’t stay

My friend didn’t feel safe, inside the property or leaving her car outside, the adjacent property appears to be a brothel, and there was a large group of men smoking on the roadside a few meters down the road, so we left without staying

This place met my needs at the time.

The property is not quite as the photos and description says. This is a boarding hostel with separate rooms and shared common areas in an industrial part of town near the railways station. The room was basic but clean.

There were no instructions of how to collect keys. I had to ask next door and fortunately they knew. But instructions were confusing. The bathroom was very dirty particularly the shower which had black mould around the edges and the drain.

Just a transfer station

It was quite a good price for the private room. Bed was comfy and room was tidy. There was also a kitchen with all sorts of stuff so that was nice too. In bathroom was washing and drying machine.

Toilet wasn't really clean. And water from tap tasted a bit weird. There was also an incident with some other guest blasting music at 3am, but host came to settle it I think, so thats good. I spent just one night.

the place was very clean, and plenty of free parking outside! great basic facilities and Wifi

The staff went over and above to allow us to arrive very late and made arrangements for it to happen and in the end welcomed us on arrival.

The people who lived there had lots of dirty dishes on the bench in the kitchen.

Home away from home

Quiet and cosy, very homely, Susan is awesome to work with. Have enjoyed our our stay here me and my partner. Very comfortable and also extra comfortablity downstairs. Kitchen area is amazing, wash house and dryer ate very useful. Bedding is comfortable and Susan works very hard to maintain the upmost standard. Will definitely be staying again and will recommend anyone staying in hamilton to stay. Bang for your buck! 5 star rating ✨️

Hamilton visit

It was warm comfortable, and had a good shower. Very quiet on the night I stayed so a good night's sleep.

Misleading and a Scam

Don't be fooled. This is not Susan's Sweet Home but a massage parlor. In an area not suitable for solo Travellers. From the look of it , suggests clandestine activity. You will be travelling there at your own risk.

Booking.com has still chosen to promote this property even after I have complained about the property misleading Travellers. Booking.com needs to take onus and responsibility for initiating, promoting properties of this type on its platform

1. Eindruck täuschte - wir waren gern dort

Es war sauber, wir waren relativ allein auf der Etage, sodass wir das Bad und die Küche mehr oder weniger allein für uns hatten, es gab eine Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine und Trockner konnten kostenlos genutzt werden, Duschbad/Shampoo/Conditioner waren vorhanden, was ich bei dem geringen Preis nicht erwartet hätte.

Als wir ins Zimmer kamen, roch es schon eher streng. Nach dem Lüften war es aber in Ordnung. Morgens ist es recht laut, weil die Unterkunft in einem Industriegebiet liegt; außerdem fährt ein Zug recht nah am Haus vorbei. Die Unterkunft gehört zudem zu einem Massagesalon, wo offensichtlich nicht nur gewöhnliche Massagen angeboten werden. Daher war der 1. Eindruck ehrlich gesagt erstmal sehr negativ, aber dieser wandelte sich mit der Dauer unseres Aufenthalts. Vorallem vom Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis waren wir begeistert.

Que es lo que he contratado?????

Nos contó encontrarlo, no aparece el nombre del establecimiento en ninguna parte, solo se hace referencia a que se hacen masajes chinos, así q realmente sabíamos bien si era o no lo q habíamos reservado. Salió una mujer en bata y nos dio las llaves de acceso al piso de arriba, donde habían zona comun y unas cuantas habitaciones

Es war sehr sauber und bequem das Zimmer war schnukelig und das Bett war gemütlich . Dusche war groß und sauber . Waschen konnte man auch und die Küche war gut ausgestattet . Es gab auch einen Fernseher und Heizung .

Es war etwas kalt aber wenn man die Heizung angeschalten hat war es angenehm .

Wer günstig übernachten will ist hier gut aufgehoben.

Die Unterkunft ist ausgesprochen günstig. WLAN ist im Preis inbegriffen. Genauso wie mit Videokamera überwachtes Parken direkt vor dem Haus. Es gibt eine gemeinsame Küche, eine gemeinsame Toilette, ein gemeinsames Bad und einen gemeinsamen Aufenthaltsraum.

Die Wohnung liegt in einem Industriegebiet, welches aber laut Aussagen eines ansässigen Restaurantbesitzers nicht gefährlich ist. Das Zimmer selbst ist nicht sehr groß.
