About this house rental
Enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. 4 mins from Hamilton Zoo, 10-15 mins from base Te rapa , hamilton centre place, hamilton lake, Hamilton garden and Hospital. You will experience living in a comfortable rooms with luxurious private bathroom and a personal lounge that opens to a large deck. Close to all the amenities; easy commute to locations like Raglan, Waitomo Caves, Hobbiton, tauranga and Rotorua.

The space
We are using 2 guest rooms and private guest lounge ( Guest suite) in our 3 bedroom 2 lounge house as an air bnb. You will have private entrance from a deck. A private space with a lounge which has mini freeze, microwave, kettle, toaster and cups. You will also have access to a private laundy room with washing machine and dryer at additional cost. Please note: there is no cooking facilities however a small kitchenette is present.
Guest access
Seperate entrance through the deck into a private lounge. You can use the deck which has outdoor table and chairs for morning tea or dinner outside.
