The room was clean and ok, but expect a cold shower because the water never got hot. This is basically a boarding house, and there was a bit of noise in the kitchen from the other tenants. This room had a private bathroom, fridge, microwave, and air conditioner.

This is more of a boarding house situation. Room was quiet enough but i don't think the place was full. It might be noisy if it was full as there are wooden floors in the shared kitchen area.

Good sized room, newly renovated (carpet, paint, locks) however -1 overnight and heatpump didnt heat the room. The bathroom has mould which has been painted over a few times. Windows with huge condensation.

Listing for property stated “you will have the entire house to yourself and only share with members of your party” but on arrival, there were other cars in the driveway and I noticed there were other people in the other rooms. The others were quiet and considerate and there were no issues, it just would have been nice to know there were going to be others in the house. Shared bathroom and kitchen. No living room and no tv in the room. Not a problem for this stay as I was only there to sleep but wouldn’t be ideal if spending more time there. Each room had a keypad lock on the door as did the front door, so felt secure enough. Overall it was good for the purpose of this visit to Hamilton.

It had an amazing orange tree in the back yard which the owner graciously shared its fruit. The keypad security was for ease of entry with no extra keys to worry about. It was warm with a heat pump in the room which supported the heat transfer system.

Didnt realise this was like an air bnb when i booked! Just glad i got a private bathroom! Room was clean. Bathroom hadnt been cleaned, was black hair in shower and in corners. Coffee cups weren't clean and still wet inside. No teaspoon in room. No top bed sheet which was odd. Good for a cheap place to sleep.

We had a great stay, very comfortable..would have liked to have more personal feel to the house, the rooms need mirrors for the girls to use and mybe a few plants around..and a bowl of the beautiful oranges growing on the trees at the back in the kitchen..just saying..will definatly reccomend the house. Its in a great location and very near huge shopping center and cinemas..Thank you!🙂

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the facilities, nice white towels and linen, modern bathroom and toilets. The WiFi was very easy to join and entry to the house and room was very effective and simple to use as indicated by the simple instructions forwarded by text. I would recommend this property and I'd stay again.

What a great little place to put your head down for a night! Really cost effective and I was pleasantly surprised. I was a little worried about what I’d gotten myself into because of the price, but I needn’t have because it was great. Vivian was very good with her communication and I had everything I needed. The only thing that made it not so great would be that people arrived late into the night and my bedroom wall was next to the bathroom. Those people then proceeded to walk around in their shoes on the wooden floors of the bathroom, taking showers and weren’t quiet about their movements and door closing all through the night. It would be good to see the 9pm check in rule enforced. These issues are pretty much out of control of the host and as such, are completely understandable so as long as you take a pair of earbuds you really couldn’t do much better for such a great price.
