Clean, comfortable and quiet.

the whole facility was very clean everywhere, also quiet. I wasn't expecting it to be a single room, but i appreciated being able to sit in the shared lounge to do some reading.

It would have helped me feel more secure if it had been explained to me when i arrived how to make the door secure. Then I wasn't sure how many others might have known the door code.

Very clean and friendly owners, beds very comfy and the electric blankets are very welcomed.

Shared bathrooms, although it is stated at time of booking, I missed that. The bathrooms were kept clean at all times.

I did not stay here but from what I saw it was clean and the host is very welcoming.

Quiet area, nicely done up and feels like a home.

It is NOT stated that this is a one room bedroom. You share with the owner and another whole family or whoever is in the room next to you. You get a code to the door AND a seperate code to your room. You share a bathroom and a kitchen with everyone.

Good for one night

Very well set up bed and breakfast. Rebecca, the host, was very accommodating, and even offered me some dinner when I said I was going to order pizza. The shared bathroom situation is not something I normally do, however it was not too bad as really there was no one else staying the same night I was. The communal lounge was good and the room I stayed in was a good size.

The place seemed cold and the hardwood floors didn't help. There was a heater in my room and an electric blanket on the bed, so both of those helped. No actual cupboard in the room I stayed in.

The home was very comfortable and clean. It had laundry facilities and Rebecca even dried our clothes for us! It was close to Hamilton Gardens and some nice restaurants

Lovely!

Rebecca was so sweet and a lovely host :) She even left out homemade muffins and lots of snacks!The property itself was immaculate and felt very homely. Such a comfortable night sleep and lovely facilities. Would recommend for a quiet stay and left feeling recharged. Thank you for such a relaxing stay!

Amazing place

Nice lication in quite place, with green garden with flowers. Very beautiful house with friendly stuff. Rooms are clean and cozy, all bathrooms are great, lounge area like in home 🏠 We love atmosphere here, feel ourselves like at home. Rebecca cook for guest fresh muffins for breakfast- it was so nice! Also she provides breakfast with coffee milk cereal. I definitely recommend this place !

Amazing host and perfect place to stay in Hamilton!

I stayed at LB Homestay from Auckland while visiting the University of Waikato for an interview. This was the perfect place to stay and it exceeded all expectations. Rebecca is just the kindest, most thoughtful and welcoming host, and takes beautiful care of the homestay and the grounds. The setting was serene with her lovely garden and the room was well-set up and very neat and clean. Rebecca made muffins for breakfast for guests which were delicious!! And there was fruit and instant noodles, coffee, tea, hot chocolate available all day, as well as a full kitchen to prepare things. I will absolutely book again next time I come down to Hamilton :)
